I gulped in response.
"So... Would this count as a date?" I flushed and stammered on my words.
"I guess..." He grinned.
"Ya know I'm glad I have you as my soulmate." I blurted out without thinking and quickly covered my mouth with my hands. He was shocked for a second but chuckled before asking the obvious.
"Why?" He raised an eyebrow. Hot man no staph what idek.
"Well for starters, you're kind, helping, generous, not difficult. Want me to go on?" I smirked at the blushing boy.
"Ya know, it feels like I've known you forever." He smiled genuinely.
"Dude. We met 2 hours ago." I giggled a bit before he chuckled once again.

We agreed to go to the top of a small hill to watch the sunset and talk. We lay next to each other
"(Y/N)?" Natsu turned to face me. I did the same but blushed immediately as our noses were almost touching.
"Y-Yeah?" I stuttered, trying to act normal.
"Why is the sky blue?" He asked, keeping his eyes locked onto mine.
"Well, because of the nitrogen that's in the air is a noble gas and turns a certain colour when light hits it. Thus why when the sun shines, it's blue, because of the mutated atoms in the gas. The same reason Neon is in bar signs that light up." I explained seriously. Well he asked didn't he? Welp my nerdy ass has been activated.
He gave me a toothy grin before calling me nerdy, making me laugh quietly.
I smiled and looked up at the stars, admiring the clearance of the sky that god gave us. Although I tried to shake it off, I felt his gaze on me. I looked at him, expecting him to look at me but he continued to stare.
"What? Is there something on my face?" I asked before he shook his head and hesitantly replied.
"No... You're gorgeous." I felt heat crawl it's way up my neck as he spoke softly. Before I knew it, both Natsu and I leaned in slowly. My eyes fluttered shut and soft lips met my chapped ones. It felt euphoric and it felt right. Our lips moved in sync as his hands cupped my cheeks and mine were on his chest. Hard rock abs I must say. We were basically making out at this point and I didn't want to stop. I was like this hot mess. Sadly, we humans have to breathe every now and again so we can stay alive and hopefully make out again. We pulled away and stared into each other's lustful eyes. (AUTHOR NOTE: LMAO SEXUAL CAME ON THE RADIO WHILE I WROTE THIS)
We were gasping for air while smiling victoriously at one another.
"I-I think I love you."

My life wasn't as it was before. It was full of colour. Zoe, Shannon and Niamh met Natsu. 2 years later we got married and had a child named Kate. As I said, my life is colourful. Not monochrome.
