Chapter 5: Susanoo

The screen shifted to show a underground room filled with people wearing all white mask with pictures inscribed at the mask depicting an animal.

A blonde busty woman was seen at the very front facing all the intimidating figures as each and every one of them looked at their Leader.

"ANBU!!"

"Hai Hokage-sama!!"

Mephisto tapped his chin in a thinking position as the others kept their eyes fixed on the screen.

'Why does that word sound so familiar?'

"We had gain Intel on one of our allies, Sunugakure, on a support on one of the task force. All ANBU must be withdraws from their missions to aid them. Tomorrow morning, I want all of you to prepare and out of Konoha as soon as possible. Am I understood?!"

"Hai Hokage-sama!!"

"All of those figures actually reminds me of my experiences as a Knight."

All but ignored the Angel's words as they felt intimidated from the mask figures.

The screen shifted again to show a dark room with a man mostly all covered in bandages while holding a cane was at the front of over a hundred kneeling figures having white masks covering their whole face.

"Report!"

"Hai Danzo-sama. While patrolling, our sensory nins had felt a disturbing chakra from one of the borders."

A lone eye narrowed, "And?"

The masked Root ANBU reported again, "It has been rapidly running to our destination for a while, it might be targeting us."

Danzo rose a brow in bemusement, "Oh? Then how abou-"

BOOM!

"The hell?!"

"What's happening?!"

A mystical purple glow assaulted everyone's eyes, until the smoke from the broken wall disappeared by a powerful gust of wind produced by one of the Root ANBUs. Once the smoke was gone, in the place where the wall once was is a giant hole, a giant hole with a purple spectral of an upper body of a skeleton.

Inside the spectral is a lone figure, however, his two eyes were blazing red, Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan gleaming in absolute malice and fury.

"Eh", Rin tilted his head to one side, "Isn't that the Sasuke guy?"

Yukio pushed his glasses properly on his face as he narrowed his eyes once the screen showed the Uchiha's face up close. 'His irises. It changed', the younger Okimura twin noted the flower like iris on the crimson eyes.

Bon couldn't help but roll his eyes, "Of course he is dumbass. Both him and that blonde chick were the only ones shown."

Yukio immediately grabbed Rin's collar before the older of the two might launch himself at Bon.

"Danzo Shimura. You will pay for my Clans Massacre."

Sasuke Uchiha lifted his hand, the purple spectral encompassing the Uchiha mimicking his action. Gripping the handle of Kusanagi tightly at his other side, Sasuke readied himself as he was surrounded by all of the Root ANBU inside their Headquarters.

Face blank, he uttered one word as his eyes morphed, "Amaterasu."

Black flames exploded through the screen. Screams erupted from those who had gained contact with the flames.
