kun walked into the school, with sicheng, of course, kun saw ten with a friend, which he could only assume was yuta, ten and yuta waved at kun and kun waved back with a smile, he turned to see sicheng looking at him confusedly, "oh, ten and his friend, yuta are our friends now!" kun explained, sicheng made an o shape with his mouth and nodded, watching ten and yuta walk towards kun and sicheng, "hello!" ten said, he turned to sicheng "I'm ten! this my friend, yuta!" yuta waved at sicheng and sicheng waved back shyly with a small smile, the four all chatted with eachother, kun noticed jealous people staring at them, especially at him and sicheng, since they were both considered the least popular kids, when people saw that the most popular kids were talking to people like kun and sicheng, you could imagine that they wouldn't be the happiest about it.

the bell rang and the four quickly separated into pairs, kun and sicheng, and ten and yuta, waved goodbye and went to their classes, kun and sicheng walked quickly, to avoid any trouble, during the classes they could both still feel the stares, they felt as if they were filled to the brim of jealousy, after a few classes, when the bell rang for lunch, they made their way out of the classroom but noticed a group of people following them, both sicheng and kun started walking faster, trying to get away from the jealous people, but noticed that the group was also walking faster, they realized that they had no other place to go, sicheng and kun felt cornered, they held onto eachother in fear and nervousness, slightly shaking, when the group got to them they noticed that the "leader" of the group, was one of the most popular girls in the school, irene. irene and the rest of the kids had a angry look on their faces.

"h-hey.. we don't want any trouble.." sicheng said softly but in a scared tone. "w-we dont care" irene mockingly stuttered back, "you losers shouldn't be near those handsome and popular boys like them, you're nothing to them" irene spat with venom in her voice, "p-please leave us alone..!" kun said, and slightly raised his voice, irene scoffed and laughed "and what if we don't? what are you gonna do about it, library boy?" the group behind her snickered and made mean comments about kun and sicheng, "what did we even do to you?" sicheng raised his voice with anger, "you and you're dumb library friend are gonna steal tens attention, his attention should be on me, not you fucking nobodies" irene said sassily, "we're not nobodies! we are people... y-you... you idiot!" kun said angrily, and gasped at what he said, he stumbled backwards when he saw irene get closer and raise her hand, sicheng quickly stepped infront but luckily he didn't get hit when he heard a gasp come from irene.

"what do you think you're doing?" ten said, his eyes filled with disappointment, yuta was behind him, looking upset and telling the group behind irene to leave, the group quickly scrambled away, "u-uhm" irene said, she was embarrassed and couldn't find the words she wanted, ten scoffed and released irene's arm, "if you lay a hand on them EVER, you will deeply regret it, now leave them alone" ten said, you could obviously tell how pissed off he was, irene nodded quickly and ran away, ten and yuta turned to sicheng and kun, yuta to be met with sicheng's arms around him and ten to be met with kun's arms tightly clinging onto ten.
