Lily was sleeping upstairs in my bed, I honestly wish I was too but I have a huge surprise for Lily this morning. I'm going to take Lily on our first official date. I already got some of my old roommates to help me out, Colby brought a blanket to the beach and did the decorating and Corey and Aaron is preparing food, while Sam is going to be bringing Lily to the spot. I get dressed and head off to the beach which is 45 minutes away. I finally get to the beach and might I say it looks amazing,

I'm hoping Lily likes this, it has taken me 2 weeks to plan!
Lily P.O.V:
I'm having like the best dream ever when I start to feel someone pushing me and whispering my name. I open my eyes and roll over when I see Jake's old roommate Sam. I roll my eyes and then start to close them but then Sam drags me out of bed and into my closet he hands me a kinda cute outfit and says "Put it on if you want a surprise" and then he walks out, I go over to my phone which is on the nightstand and I look at the time IT"S 4:30 AM!!!! I rub my eyes and try and wake myself up only because I want to know what the surprise is. I open the door and Sam looks at me then smiles while handing me a coffee. He grabs my hand and pulls me to the car. We have been driving for almost 40 minutes, I ask Sam questions about where we are going and he says "I can't tell you otherwise it will ruin the surprise". he stops the car in a parking lot and I'm looking at my phone until I hear a tap on the window.
Jake P.O.V:
I see Sam pull into the driveway I start to walk down the stairs and head to the car, I tap on the window and open the door, Lily unclicks (idk what word to use, please don't like roast me about it) her seat belt and I grab her hand and walk her up the stairs once we get to the top all I hear is a gasp and her saying "omg Jake, that's so cute!" I smile and walk her down to the blanket and sit next to her. We talk for a while and then the sun finally starts to rise. Lily and I take a couple of photos for our social medias because who wouldn't if you say you wouldn't I'm extremely disappointed. After the sun fully comes up and is shinning, Lily is on my lap and I'm playing with her hair. I look her in the eyes and say "I love you" I get a little bit nervous because she had no expression on her face, I just stare at the ocean awkwardly but then she grabbed my chin and tilted it towards her (I have no clue if that makes sense) and says "I love you too Jake!"
