11 years later. Here I am. I 25 year old piece of shit. Once I got back to Compton from Houston, I went to a very good magnet high school that accepted me based on my merit. I made my grandmama proud I can say. I went to college at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. I've already lived in the mid-west and on the west coast, so I thought the east coast would be an honest good change of speed from all the trauma i've experienced in my years. Man were those 11 years hard. I completed an accelerated program at Arcadia where I did 3 years there and 3 years at Drexel University Law School in Philadelphia, PA. Man is that city beautiful. Very busy, but still beautiful.

I called myself a piece of shit earlier because I have so many credentials. Well rounded resumé, a bachelors and a law degree. I passed my BAR exam on the first try, and for some odd reason, I was in no mood to work. It was all because of one thing. Once I completed my BAR, and I was graduating from law school, my grandmother was brutally shot during a cross fire on her way out the house on the way to the airport. I got a phone call from a random number where they told me my grandmother was shot and killed on my graduation day. I packed up all of my things immediately. Whatever I forgot was lost and I took a straight flight to Compton. I was the Valedictorian at law school as well as high school and college, so I relinquished my speech to the Salutatorian. I explained incident thoroughly before leaving, and I was gone.

That was the worst day of my life. Though my grandmother made me annoyed sometimes, she was the greatest thing my life had to offer. She was my best friend, my pride and joy. And someone took her from me.

Here I am now, living in the house she left for me. The situation my grandmother was involved in was from people who were nowhere from her neighborhood, but they carried their issues from their neighborhood to hers. She has a single detached house where the grass was greener than most because my mom mom took care of her business.

I live in this house now. I've given absolutely no life to this house. It's sad to say, but I've given up on life. The most important people to me, left this world. And the people I thought would always be there ended up turning their backs on me.

You remember my stepfather? That nigga checked himself into a rehab where he confessed that he murdered 2 men. When he got to jail, he had me testify to give him a shorter sentence ; plus, gun laws are completely different in Texas than any other state. Well anyways, once he got out of jail, it was as if he had forgotten all about me. So now it's fuck him all the way.

I'm by myself, and that's the way it'll be. Honestly, I've come to terms with the fact that I'll just be alone forever. It don't make me no nevermind. Since I don't have to pay rent, I just sit and stare at the wall all day. I have no desire to leave my house. Unless I'm going to get food, I'm never leaving the house. I don't bother to cook, I just eat out.

I am babysitting 3 kids tonight. I saw this fine man in the pizza store with 2 other fine men, and they claimed to be brothers whose children were a packaged deal. Their names are Royalty, Kairi, and the baby boy Noel. They showed me pictures, and those children are beautiful.

I always wanted to be a lawyer, but I honestly don't see myself doing that. I really just wanna be an elementary school teacher, and I've applied to this one school in Compton. I feel like if they have a teacher to make a difference in their lives while they're younger, they could potentially grow up to be something great. I don't know, just food for thought. Let me get some rest though before I have to watch 3 babies all night!

Later That Night

It was 8:00, and they said they'd have the kids here by 8:30, so I decided to make them some fried chicken bites and homemade macaroni and cheese. I wanna make a good impression on my new babies! They said they wanna keep me around for a while. Whatever that means.

I bought some building blocks, and both the XBox 360 and the Playstation 4. I just wanted them to feel comfortable. Little Noel can just cuddle with me all night. No biggy.

After another 15 minutes of me setting up the house, there was a knock on my door. When I went to open it, 6 men walked in, 3 were Chris, Dave, and Trey. The other 3 had weird nicknames like Sinko, Hoodie, and Tyga.

"Uhm hey. I had to bring the guys with me because we have to set some things up. We want you to be our personal babysitter. We'll give you $5,000 a week. You just have to be at our beck and call at night whenever we need you. You up for it?" Chris finished. Honestly, I was a little skeptical.

"Where y'all baby mommas at?" I asked. They all looked at each other and laughed.

"Trig still got his baby moms. As for me an Slizz, that's a story for when we trust you. Now, are you up for this?" Chris asked.

I nodded and them niggas walked in and went through every single room in my house. I couldn't believe it, but I let them. Shitttt $5,000 a week. Sign me the fuck up. I really wonder what happened to Dave and Chris' baby moms. That'll have to be for another day though.

When they came back downstairs, they nodded towards each other and looked at the rest of them and nodded then they went to bring the kids in.

"This is my daughter Royalty" Chris said

"This is my daughter Kairi" Dave said

"And this is my beautiful baby boy Noel. Noel's momma will come get him early in the morning, but Chris gone come pick up the two princesses. Let me just tell you know. They spoiled as fuck because of us. They don't know how to help themselves. Don't let them run you babygirl." Trey said.

"Ared. We outta here. Ro and Kai, be good for Big Mama here ared. If I here back any foul shit, We ain't going to Disney tomorrow" Chris said, but these 2 little divas seemed completely unphased by these men. They must be spoiled rotten. Ain't nothing I can't fix. I DO NOT play with kids.

"Oh let me tell you all something. I pops kids. I don't care how spoiled they are, they will be respectful or they get snatched up" I stated, and they all busted out laughing.

"Bye Big Mama" Chris said as he walked out the house.

What did I just get myself into? I could be in for the rice of my life.

"Okay babies. Let the games begin!" I said causing the princesses to scream in excitement. Let's see how tonight turns out.
