Chapter Twenty

Jake's POV
L-hey Jake, can I speak with you upstairs?
J-yeah sure

We get up and walk up the stairs and into my room. well our room now, i sit on the bed and Logan sits down too. I look at him and he had tears going down his face. My face immediately softened and I opened my arms and he fell into them.
J-baby what's wrong
L-I lost all my friends a-and it hurts
J-I know, I know but hey now you know they aren't true friends because they didn't support you for your decision
L-y-yeah but..
J-shhh it's ok

I sat there holding him playing with his hair calming him down. Soon enough he got heavy. I looked down and seen him asleep clinged onto me. I lay him down and cover him up and walk out and close the door. I walk downstairs and see all of team ten standing there
N-was Logan crying
J-um yeah why
K-because we heard crying
A-what's wrong
J-his friend basically disowned him you could say.
T-wait what
J-yea Evan and mike didn't like the fact we were together and shit
E-what about Spencer
J-well Spencer didn't really care
N- awe that's horrible
A-what's he doing right now
J-sleeping so quiet down please
A-god ok

I passed by everyone and walked into the backyard. I sit by the pool and just stare at the water. It had recently been cleaned so there's no more stuff in it from the lagoon.

It's been probably about 5 hours of me just sitting out here staring at the water. I get snapped out of my trance by really fucking loud thunder. I jump but in reality I fell into the pool. And let me tell you it was freezing. I lost my breath as soon as I hit the water. But When I came back up to the surface it was pouring ran out and there was thunder and lightning.

I got out of the water freezing and shivering like crazy. I walk to the back doors and try to open it but it's locked. I groan and look inside and see no one. Then I remember they went out for supper cause I over heard them talking about it.

I walk down the side of the house and to the fronts door and I hear fans screaming my name. I look over and smile and wave then try to open this door but it's locked. "Fuck" I mumbled so only I can hear. I pull out my drenched phone knowing it's not gonna work.
??-hey Jake come here

I look over and see a big man. Probably and parent of a fan. I walk over and he hands me his phone.
??-here you can use my phone to call someone
J-omg t-thank you

I take his phone into my shaky hands and dial Logan's number.

Logan-hello who's this
Jake-it's me Jake
Logan-oh ok did you get a new number
Jake-no I'm using someone else's phone  but can you come unlock the door I'm freezing
Logan-oh shit yeah I'm coming
Jake-ok

I hang up and give the man his phone and smile and thank him again and before I can turn around I feel myself getting picked up. I look back and see Logan carrying me and I smile and wave bye to everyone.

We go inside and he puts me down by the door and tells me not to move and runs upstairs. He then comes down with one of his maverick hoodies and warm fuzzy joggers me a towel. I take off my other clothes and change right there and he brings my wet clothes upstairs and comes down with a BIG blanket I didn't know we had.
L-come on
J-ok

We sit down on the couch me cuddled into his side while under the blanket warming up while he turns on Netflix

Soon enough Team ten walks through the door and greets us and hands us food. I eat it really fast since I hadn't eaten since early yesterday.

We all piled into the couch all getting comfortable and we watched Netflix for the rest of the night. Well I mean I passed out halfway through it but still..
