Wild Felines

Kookie was being fed with carrot sticks by Hobi. Hobi knew how much the bunny loved his vegetables and thus, always picked the vegetables out of his food tray and plopped them into his. Maybe it was because of this unhealthy practice, that Hobi was significantly shorter than both of his masters, or maybe it was because he might be younger.

Speaking of which, Hobi was now wearing some of Seokjin's clothes, though they were still too big for him. He wore a baby blue T-shirt with some jean shorts. His tail was kind of confined in the shorts, but he didn't seem to mind.

The hybrid's tail was swishing in the air, almost hypnotic to watch. Kookie stared at him, still wondering what the heck happened to his Hobi.

Meanwhile, Namjoon was sitting with his husband in the kitchen, rubbing his temples. Seokjin took a long gulp of coffee before speaking.

"I think I know what happened." He stated, getting up to retrieve a book from a box they haven't unpacked yet from the kitchen.

The book was decorated in gold foil and was ripping a bit on the sides. There was a giant glittering gem in the middle of the book in the form of a lock. Surrounding the lock were emerald chains that wrapped around the book, sealing it shut.

"I don't remember seeing that at Barnes and Nobles." Namjoon joked.

Seokjin kissed the lock, causing the chains to magically unwind and disappear into the air. Namjoon watched with amazement as his husband boredly scrolled through the pages.

One page even wrapped itself up into a bird and flew onto Seokjin's shoulder, before he crumbled it in his hand and shoved it back into the book.

"Spells... spells... random curses... where's the transfiguration?" He muttered under his breath.

"What is--"

"I'm a wizard, honey, we can talk about this later." Seokjin interrupted. "Just know, I wasn't supposed to tell you about this, but I'm doing so anyway. Yes, I care about my babies this much. Yoongi is gonna be so pissed now that I revealed my secret."

Namjoon just sat there in shock as his tired mind tried to process what the heck was going on. It wasn't very long until Seokjin tapped a page with his finger and started to read.

"Okay here it is. The effects of the Bahweed root, one, magical instant heath, two, transformations, three, teleportation to heaven. If used on animals, please use caution and expected strange outcomes, for this type of medication has not been used to non humans." Seokjin read out loud. "That's not good..."

With that, Seokjin slammed the book shut and the chains wrapped around it once more.

"Soooo, we have a science experiment gone wrong?" Namjoon asked, still in complete shock from what he just saw.

"Apparently so. God, I thought I could go three days without a magical mishap."Seokjin mutters.

Before Namjoon could say anything back to him, loud footsteps can be heard coming towards the kitchen.

"Owner! Owner!" Hobi screamed, running into the room, Kookie tucked under his arm. "May I please go outside? I wanna go where the other animals are!"

The Kim couple stared at each other before nodding towards Hobi. After all, he was an animal, technically, what's the worst that could happen?

"Knock yourself out." Namjoon said, waving his hand.

Hobi squealed and ran over to lick Namjoon's cheek, before being gently pushed away.

"No, no, no, no, no." The olive haired male replied. "Humans don't lick. We just kiss. Please don't do it again, okay?"

"Yeah, also please don't lick anything other than food, please?" Seokjin added, picking Hobi up to face him away from Namjoon. "Also, please don't take Kookie out, I don't think he'll be able to find his way back if he leaves the house."

"Understood!" Hobi replied, ears twitching. Kookie, who was still in his hold, squeaked as his nose twitched.

"We're talking about this witch thing, right?" Namjoon asked.

"Honey, with our current situation, I don't think that should be our major concern for now." Seokjin replies, getting up to grab his cold coffee.

The hybrid ran back into the living room and put the bunny back into his cage. The bunny immediately ran back towards the barred wall of the cage and stared back at Hobi, longingly. He even stuck out his little paw through the bars and tried to pat Hobi on the nose before the other pushed his paw back into the cage.

"I'll be right back, Kookie." Hobi giggled. "I promise."

With that, Hobi gave Kookie a quick kiss and ran outside through the deck door, not noticing Kookie's sad whimpers. He ran down the stairs next to the deck and ran into the forest. The lush green trees covered the sky and the leaves made a crunching noise and Hobi walked through the forest.

Suddenly, he spotted a berry bush and he instantly ran over and picked some berries to eat. The sweetness invaded his tongue and Hobi couldn't help but softly moan at how good it tastes.

As the hybird started to devour some berries, a tiny cat came sneaking out of some bushes. It was a small calico male, another rare breed. It had smelled the scent of an omega cat breed and so because the cat was an alpha, it came scampering out to seek for it. So it was relatively surprised when he found the source of the smell coming from a human. The cat did noticed some odd features, like the cat ears and tail.

The tiny cat sneakily walked over to Hobi's leg and just...

Hobi yelped, feeling something soft next to his leg, his tail stood up straight and the fur stuck up. He turned around and was surprised to see a little calico cat humping his calf. Blush started to crawl up the hybrid's cheeks as he tried to pry the calico off of him. The cat hissed at him, humping his leg even harder and digging his claws into Hobi's flesh.

Hobi's ears flattened in confusion on his head, he didn't really know what to do. If he were to continue to struggle, the calico could rip his skin. However, if he just stood there, it might be hours until he would be able to go home without a calico cat in his calf.

"Would my owners be able to accept one more cat?" Hobi thought out loud as he eyes the calico cat.

The cat hissed again, this time actually scratching Hobi a tiny bit.

"I'll take my chances." Hobi stated as he started to limp home with a calico cat still planted firmly on his calf.
