“Audrey?” Says Kiba but I can’t hear him because I was zoned out. “Audrey!?” Kiba says a little bit louder. “Oh! Wussup Kiba?” I say as I turn around to look at him, “Oh nothing Akamaru and I were just going for a walk and we happened to see you over here! Wanna tag along?” Kiba says as Akamaru jumping around barking in excitement. “Sure! Sounds like fun” Getting up and joining Kiba on his walk with Akamaru, but Shino and Hinata shows up with some news from Lady Tsunade. “Kiba! Audrey! Lady Tsunade would like to see us at her office” Says Shino. “She says Naruto and Sakura should be there too” Hinata says. ”Right! Let’s head over there now!” I say as we head for the Hokage building. When we made it, “Great you’re all here, Audrey you stand over there with Team Kakashi, Shino, Hinata and Kiba you go over there. You guys are gonna be going on a C rank mission but each team will be going to different villages to gather Intel on this threat that’s been terrorizing villages” Says Lady Tsunade “Oh man it’s been a while since I been on a Mission!” I say “Seriously!” Naruto shouts “Couldn’t have been worse than how long I have been waiting! This is ridiculous, and it also stinks that it’s a lousy C rank mission!”. “Naruto stop being a little runt and accept this mission! You’re the only two teams left that aren’t on a mission already!” “Awww come on!!” Naruto groans. “Naruto be a team player, as soon as this mission is over you can go back to training!” I say placing my hand onto his shoulder. But he’s completely ignoring me yelling at Lady Tsunade “ENOUGH NARUTO! You get your butt to that nearby village or I’m gonna kick your butt all the way there! Now go!!!!” She yells scaring naruto out the door and all of us follow.
On the way to the nearby village with team Kakashi, “Man I didn’t know Grandma Tsunade could be so scary” Naruto says shivering. “Naruto as much as she yells at you, should be used to it by now!” I say giggling “Aaagh easy for you to say Audrey!” naruto shouts with a smirk! “Oh you! But anyway does anyone know what this mission is all about? Do you guys think it could be the Akatsuki behind this? Or even Sasuke?” I ask looking at everyone for an answer. “I don’t really know but.., Kakashi is suddenly interrupted by naruto “If it’s Sasuke I’m bringing him back” says naruto with a serious look on his face “Naruto” Sakura says quietly “I’m gonna do all I can to help” Balling up her fist! “Wow Sasuke is really important to them too... Maybe even Kakashi too, I thought.” There were silence for about 5 minutes. “Soooooooo! Um you guys? We’re almost there!” I shout with a grin on my face trying to lighten to mood, but there still were silence. “Are they gonna do this the whole way there, I thought. We make it to the nearby village but it is not what we expected. “Oh no what happened here!?” I say with a shocked look, the village was abandoned and seemed like it’s been raided by an army “We should search for survivors doesn’t look like this village was attacked not too long ago, Be alert for any enemies!” Kakashi says before dashing into the abandoned village “Right!” We all say before scattering in different directions. We all look around the whole village but doesn’t find a trace of anyone, so we all gather around in a circle in the center of the village. “!!?” I say with a shocked expression. “Audrey? Is something wrong?” says sakura placing her hand on my shoulder. “Idk it’s like I feel familiar chakra! But idk who it could be, it’s strange!” I say placing my hand onto my chest and looking at the ground. Kakashi just looks at me in silence but it seems like he could feel it too. “Audrey?” says a familiar voice, Everyone suddenly turns around but as soon as I see who it is I get this odd feeling that I know who it is but.. Then again I don’t. “Audrey? Remember me?” Says the familiar voice, taking a step forward. “…!” I say shocked. “It’s me Yumi!” she say but once it is said it causes me to go into a flash back of when I was a baby. It was me and Yumi on the floor playing with toys and having fun, after that we go outside and playing ninja (I was 5 and yumi was 3 she was my younger sister) after playing outside it gets dark and we head inside and goes to bed saying goodnight to each other. The next morning I wake up and yumi is gone, I spent years searching for her ever since. I come back from my flash back and take a good look at Yumi. “Yumi! Is that really you?” I say slowly walking up to her, “Yes it’s me Audrey!” she says holding out her arms for a hug. “Omg yumi!!” I say hugging her hard “It’s been years since I’ve seen you… Ever since… ever since you were taken away from me when we were kids” I say starting to cry. Yumi doesn’t say a word but continues to hug me. “I missed you so much yumi… Aaagh!” suddenly I’m pushed to the ground by Kakashi and he blocks yumi’s kunai attack that was directed towards me. “Yumi what are you… why did you try to attack me?” I say looking at yumi with sorrow. “This isn’t the real yumi Audrey, the real yumi is dead!” he says still facing yumi keeping his guard up. “What... How could she be dead if she’s standing right there?” I say getting up. “Reanimation jutsu!” Sakura says. “Reanimation Jutsu?” I say looking at sakura then back at yumi, as I look into her eyes I notice that they change… they are now black with red pupils. “No… how could yumi be dead?” I say tears running down my eyes. “I was taken as one of orochimaru’s test subjects and was killed during the process” yumi says, “Idk how I’ve grown in the years, maybe it had something to do with orochimaru”. “So all these years of searching for you, and you we’re dead this whole time?” I say with my head down more tears coming down falling off my face and onto the ground. Suddenly yumi pulls out a scroll releasing a hammer “I’ve been reanimated against my will, I’m not in control of my own body!” she says as she charges towards Kakashi, Kakashi jumps back raising his headband revealing his sharingan eye, I dash forward using my chakra to increase my speed, as I get close I focus my chakra into my right leg, leaps in the air doing two flips and landing it kicking at yumi but she blocks it with her hammer. She forces me back but not too far, just enough to do a 360 spin and tries to hit me with her hammer but I land on my feet and dodges the hammer making it hit the ground, but before she could lift it back up for another attack I use my hands as support and lands a kick in yumi’s face sending her flying across the village and crashing into one of the abandoned buildings. She hops out of the crashed building running towards us but behind her is Kakashi with his lightning blade, he charges it at her but she dodges it jumping to the left, she looks up to see naruto forming his Rasengan above her, he charges from above and lands his Rasengan right on top of her but she disappears, it was only a clone. She reappears right behind me but I quickly turn around with a low 360 kick, but she jumps. As she jumps she pulls her hammer back towards her with an invisible string causing it to head right towards me, it hits me causing me to fly but I catch myself with my hands and lands on my feet. “I didn’t want to have to do this!” I say raising my hand forming the hand sign for my jutsu, Yumi just looks at me and doesn’t move a muscle. “Kakashi I will need you guys to stay out of this one, this is my fight!” I say still looking at yumi. Kakashi doesn’t say anything but backs up along with sakura and naruto giving us space. I charge forward at yumi throwing all kinds of kicks at her but she’s blocking them one by one. I finish with a final strike, it’s so strong it causes us both to fly back but she quickly charges back at me with her hammer. She swings it at me but I block it, once she notices what I blocked her attack with she jumps back. “I see you mastered wielding the hammer as well” she says holding it straight out pointing it to my face. “You’ve known ever since we were kids I’ve always wanted to fight with a hammer! But I never did master it, but it is good enough right now!” I say charging towards her using my chakra to increase my speed, I swing my hammer at her multiple times, she blocks some of them but I hit some areas such as her left leg and right arm. She jumps back holding her arm wound which starts to heal, I notice and start back attacking her aiming for that arm wound as soon as I gave it enough damage I jump back and charge for another blow to her right arm but I think she notices my plan so she starts protecting her right arm heavily so I go for her left leg damaging it greatly, we both separate but when she lands she stumbles and falls to the ground. I jump high into the air and charges at her doing as many 360 spins as I could and lands it right on yumi’s stomach. I jump back and keeps my guard up just in case yumi makes a move but nothing happens. I walk closer still have my guard up, but once I look in the hole I made yumi was gone, all of a sudden I’m hit in the back by yumi’s hammer causing me to fly out of the abandoned village, hitting a few tree’s and landing on the ground, I struggle to get up but she charges at me again, I think fast and dodge out of the way causing her to hit a tree. “She has a lot more chakra then last time, it’s like she’s a completely different person” I thought. I look again to see that she’s carrying a different weapon, it’s a scythe. “What!?” I say keeping my guard up, yumi doesn’t say a word and charges at me again. “These moves seem familiar” I thought dodging her attacks “*Gasp* Hidan! Could she have learned his moves?” I say out loud. “No!” she says putting her weapon down “After the incident between Hidan and shikamaru, orochimaru dug up hidan’s remains, collected his cells and implanted them into me, So I know the Cursed technique”. “The one that killed asuma” I thought looking at yumi in silence. She disappears appearing behind me readying her scythe to swing, but once she does I duck down swinging my feet to trip her and she jumps bringing her scythe back my way. I dodge out of the way but she still manages to hit me putting a cut on my left hip, once I land on the ground I cover my wound and watches her lick the blood of her scythe. “Oh no! I have to stop her before she creates the seal” I say dashing forward trying to attack her. She manages to dodge all my moves, “How is she able to move so fast?” I thought still attacking. She gets to a good spot continuing to dodge me but kicks me in my stomach causing me to fall back and hit the ground, I struggle to get up barely enough to see yumi create the circle. I grunt still trying to get up, I manage to sit up on my foot and one knee. “I have to do it, I have no other choice” I thought focusing my chakra. “Spirit legs jutsu!!” I shout releasing a massive amount of chakra from my legs. Yumi looks at me in shock, her skin turns black and white letting me know that her jutsu is ready. But I charge towards her super-fast kicking her hard in her stomach making her fly back but I appear behind her kicking her again making her fly forward. She flips and tries to land on her feet but I appear under her grabbing one of her legs with my two feet, using my hands as support I jump high into the spins around twice and throws her towards the abandoned village, she crashes into some buildings and hit the ground. I land on top of her crushing her stomach with my knee, then I jump back keeping my distance and my guard up. “This jutsu has its limits, I only have about 10 minutes left before it wears off I have to keep attacking!” I thought charging back at yumi before she could get up. I pick her up by her collar but for some reason I can’t kick her anymore, she’s looking at me with her innocent eyes. The eyes I seen when we were kids, “Yumi! I don’t believe your dead” I say still holding her. Yumi looks at me in silence, “You’re not dead, there is no explanation that a reanimation could age” I say putting her down. She just drops her head not saying a word. “So I see you figured it out already Audrey Kyamata” says an Unknown voice! I look around but I don’t see anyone but I spot him standing on a branch looking down at us. “Tobi! Or is it Madara Uchiha?” I ask Kakashi, naruto and sakura appear by my side. “You” Sakura says glaring at him “What are you doing here? And where’s Sasuke??” naruto shouts raising his fist. “It isn’t my concern where Sasuke is, I’m here for you Audrey!” “Me!? For what?” I say raising my guard but still shocked! “You are the 0 tails Jinchuriki!”
