Just Ranting

#Teamlightskinned vs. #Teamdarkskinned

Time for one of my more serious rants. I'm not going to list or give examples I'm just going to speak my mind. Here we go.

First off I know alot of people say that this is stupid because we're all black. I agree. And on some of these books the girl is darkskinned and she isn't pretty because of it or she's lesser than a lightskinned girl. The comments I read on these books are just... I can't explain. They say I dont see why she says this ect. ect.

I don't think people understand that in today's society if you're darker in complexion, you're not pretty. That's just from experience, I am a dark chocolate girl but I will embrace this like non other.
