Your POV I was an orphan until about 6 months ago, living in Seoul, South Korea. Just recently I was adopted by Mr and Mrs Park, they are very nice people and their youngest son Jihyun has accepted me as his little sister.
Around the house I see family photos and there is one boy in the photo that I have not seen before, he seems to be in almost every family photo they have.
"Mrs Park who is the other boy in your photos" I asked her
"Oh um no one honey don't worry about that yet" she said going back to cooking the dinner. I'm not stupid I know she's hiding something but I never try to anger my adopted parents because after all they have given me a good life.
When we sat down for dinner that evening Jihyun seemed to be particularly excited, I just thought it was because we were eating his favourite meal, until there was a knock at the door.
"Honey go answer the door" miss Park said to her husband.
The door was out of view to us from the dining table but we all stayed silent to hear any movement from the visitor at the door.
"Oh son!! How are you home?!" We heard followed by laughter
"It couldn't be.." Jihyun said looking at his mother who both shot up from the table and ran towards the door.
"JIMIN"
"Son!!"
"Oh honey I've missed you"
I'm confused, who is this guy at the door and the fact they are calling him son is making me anxious.
Slowly I got up from my seat and peaked my head round the corner to see my dads back and a strangers face who locked eyes with me and gave me a confused look. Quickly I hid behind the corner not wanting to ruin whatever moment my family were having with this person.
"Guys who was that" he asked
"Oh honey, you better come and meet her" my mum said
Slowly I revealed myself from my poor hiding place and kept my head down too scared to meet another stranger.

"Who is she? A cousin we've not met before" he asked his brother
"Um no Jimin, this is our new sister" Jihyun said "and she's very sweet and everything we ever wanted in a little sister"
"Why am I only hearing about this now?" Jimin said to his parents
"We didn't want to distract you from your tour" dad said
Tour?
"Hi sweetheart, I'm Jimin, sorry if I've scared you a little bit" he said crouching down to see my eyes that I was still trying to hide.
"I'm y/n" I said quietly
"I'm sorry lovely, if I knew about you I would have brought you a present from tour"
"What tour?" I asked
"Sweetie, Jimin is a K-POP star, he's very famous and that's why you haven't seen him yet, he's been away on a tour all around the world" mum said
"Really?!" I said a bit too loud, only because I was so interested in music and becoming a producer.
"Jimin and y/n will get along very well, y/n is fanatic about her music" Jihyun said, causing Jimin too smile down at me.
