"Hello," I walked in trough the front door. "Anyone home?" All I got was silence for a respone. "Home alone" I thought to myself. I took my bag off of my shoulder, careful not to drop it too hard as to keep the laptop inside intact. "Wouldn't fancy losing all my works, start over" I walked to the kitchen and fetched something to eat. Nothing but crackers to be found in the cabinet. Dry lunch it is then. I walked towards the table, and took my phone out of my pocket. its was icecold, turned off. I clenched it inbetween my thighs in an attempt to warm it up. When about halfway through my lunch, i heard my phone make a sound. I recognised it immediately, after all she deserved a special tone. I got my phone back from inbetween my legs, warm enough to function at the very least. I read her message. "'Noon, how's life?" I smirked. "better now that you've joined." My heart started beating faster. I didnt even mind it doing so, guess that's love. "It's been so long since the party, I miss you more every day that passes." "Not Squared?" "Cubed, moron" I was smiling like an idiot. "That's a lot, how were you planning to solve it? I was thinking a movie?" "When you don't take my words by suprize, you do so by amazement. When were you thinking?" "Friday, 8 Post Meridiem" "Any thoughts on what to watch? Time's perfect." "You choose, I wouldn't want to take full control. Anything goes." "See you then." Her status switched to offline. I looked at the calendar on my phone. "3 days, then I'll see her. just perfect." I connected my phone with a charger, cleaned my plate, and went upstairs.
