It's started when my wife, kids, and I were traveling to Georgia. I had rented a room at a motel for two weeks for only 40 dollars a night. I used the bathroom and noticed a note that said "warning". I flipped it and it's read "don't look at the mirror more than 30 minutes. Don't go out after 9 o'clock at night. If you do, don't go alone. Don't let people you don't know in. Don't call for help or help someone who scream and cry after dark. If so, go to the front and say code red 9. Don't drink water from the sink it's not water. Finally if you see a woman that looks like she needs help don't she's not human".
Me and my wife let our kids go swim before we go to see my family. We see my family and friends all day. My mom embarrassed me by showing my wife pictures of me when I was younger. We went out for dinner until I had a feeling that someone was watching me. As we eat, I swear that I saw a man in a hoodie looking at me. I think he saw me looking at him because he ran or walked away from the window. All I know is he disappeared into the dark. I whisper to my wife about it but she says it's probably just a homeless man hungry. She could be right.
As we finished dinner and say our goodbyes, I noticed that same man walking up to us till he disappear in midway. "It's just probably in my head " I whisper. So we are on the road and suddenly my wife shouts "stop". I saw what she saw and slammed on the brakes. I thought I hit someone. So I checked on what or who I hit. I saw nothing. I tell her that I didn't hit anything and I saw it. She swears that she's saw someone on the road. We went back to the motel. As my wife talks to our kids while they're at my moms house, I reread the note.
I go to the owner and ask about the note. He said that back in 1969 when his mother was only 9 years old, a couple was murdered while staying in the motel. The police only found a 5 year old girl and a newborn baby boy alive . The strangest thing about it, the police saw the bodies disappear until they discovered they didn't exist in the 60s. They were from 1945. Legend says if you break the rules on the note you will die the same way as the couple.
I went back and saw someone standing where my room is. He saw me and ran away. I tell my wife to pack. We're going to leave after this week. She asked why we need to pack. I tell that a man looking at her. She told me that nobody wasn't at the window. I looked at the time it was 9:22. That when we heard a knock on the door. I look through the window. I only remember my wife screaming because I woke the next morning.
I look around and saw my wife hiding in the bathroom. I asked her what happen last night. She tell me that after I look who's at the door, the door went open and a man hit me twice. Then he try to hurt her until the police came. I was surprise and wash my face.
