Looking at nandini falling down manik ran and hold her before she touch the ground.
Manik - nandini get up... Kya hua tumhe.
Naina came there running
Naina - nandu ise achanak kya hua.
Manik lifted her up and took her to the car..

Asked the driver to drive the car towards the hospital.
Manik Sat their with nandini's head on his lap.
Manik - nandini tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Mein kuch nahi hone dunga.. Dekho utjav please.
Tears were rolling down his eyes.

They reached the hospital. Manik lifted nandini and ran inside hospital.
Manik - doctor please look she fainted suddenly.. Do something fastly
Doctor - OK.. Pls take her inside.
Nurse took nandini inside manik naina and both kids stood there. Aarav is crying seeing his mom in hospital.
Abeer - buddy don't worry chachi ko Kuch nahi hoga.
Telling this he hugged him.
Manik took his cell and called cabir and told him to Immediately come to xyz hospital.

Manik stood there outside waiting for doctor to come out.
Naina was confused seeing the stranger shedding tears for nandini and worrying about her. But stayed mum without knowing what to do.
Cabir ran towards manik
Cabir - Kya hua sab teekhe.
Manik - nandini
Cabir - nandini.. What are you telling manik.
Manik - woh aander hai behosh hogayi.
Doctor came out and asked her family.
Manik - yes doctor.
Doctor -pls follow me.
Manik went towards doctor cabin.
Now naina was shocked.
Here cabir went towards aarav who was crying.

Aarav - chchu Mom. What happened to her.

Here in doctors cabin.
Doctor - ur name Mr?
Manik - manik malhotra.
Doctor -Mr malhotra.. She is alright but something is not right to we have to run some tests.
Manik - yes doctor do whatever it takes.

Manik left from cabin and went to nandini's room.

Nurse came informed them nandini has gained her conscious.
Hearing this aarav and manik both ran into the room..
Aarav just went near nandini and hugged her tightly. Nandini too hugged him and told
Aarav - u know how afraid I'm.
Nandini - aww baby.. Don't worry I'm fine.
Doctor came inside
Doctor - hello nandini how are you feeling now.
Nandini - yea doctor. But still my head hurts.
Doctor - do you know why you fainted.
Nandini - I saw someone suddenly some blurr images started to come in front of me. Head seems to burst.. She said holding her head.
Doctor - who is that person.
Nandini turned around the room and saw manik standing there looking at her.
Nandini pointed her fingers towards manik.
Doctor - so do you know him?
Nandini - no.
Manik and cabir was shocked.. Manik's world was crashed down hearing telling she don't know him.
Doctor - I have saw some stitches on ur scalp.
Nandini - 4 years back I had meet with an accident.. After that all this headache and vertigo started.
Doctor - OK u take rest.
Before going doctor called manik.
Both went to doctor cabin and sat there.
Doctor - I think she had lost her memory 4 years back.
So by seeing you her subconscious memories try to remember u. We have to wait Mr malhotra till she herself regain her memory.
Manik didn't said anything just left from their.
He came out and saw cabir was waiting for him. Without caring about hospital manik broke down in front of cabir.
Manik - my nandini don't remember me. She forgot us.. How can she forget us. Wahi kehti thi manan is forever.. Aab she only forgot.. Cabir she told she don't know me.
Cabir - manik get up you can't be so weak. Aarav woh bechara ko deekho.
Tum tho kush hona chahiye nandini abhi bhi zinda hai.. What if she forgot we will tell her.
Manik - no cabir we can't it will affect her badly. We have to wait till she gets her memory back.
Saying this he went towards nandini's ward cabir to followed him.
Manik went inside and saw nandini sleeping.
He sat on the chair beside her bed looking at her longingly.

He was so much angry on himself
Manik - ur alive this many days and I'm thinking u left me. God tum akele eh sab sehti rahe.. I'm sorry nandini. Aarav told me phir bhi nahi maana meine. Don't worry we will fight it together. We will bring back all our memories together.
