Chapter 1

Leaving You Alone

Its about 3pm in the afternoon. It was still lunch time. Zacky hasn't been eating at all. He felt so depressed ever since Jimmy passed away. Zacky just drank and sleep all morning. Right now we're upstairs in the bedroom.

(Y/N) Zachary...are u hungry now?

(Z) No...I'm not hungry right now...I just...want to be...left
alone right now.

(Y/N) But...Zack...

(Z) Leave...

(Y/N) Alright, Zack.

I got off the bed and went downstairs towards the living room and sat down on the couch, still worried about Zacky.

Zacky V. pov.

I was laying in bed with my hand resting on my stomach. I felt really down after my friend passed away. While I was thinking, my stomach started growling angrily, but I ignored it.

(Y/N) pov.

As I was walking along the sidewalk, I headed towards the woods. It started to rain. I sat down on an empty bench and cried my eyes out. While I was sitting on the bench, I heard someone sitting next to me. I looked over and it was Brian.

(B) Hey...what doing in the rain like this? You're gonna get sick.

(Y/N) I...

(B) U look like you've been crying...what's wrong?

(Y/N) It's...Zack. I tried to...get him to eat, but he kept telling
me that he wasn't hungry. I was trying to help him
out...but...he...just told me to leave him alone...

(B) Oh...don't cry...I'll take u to my place so I can cheer u up.
I'll call Zachary that I found u in the woods and you're at
my place. He's probably still upset about Jimmy's death, but
He shouldn't just tell u to leave.

Brian took my hand and led me to his place. We went into his house and sat down on the couch.

(B) So...want anything to eat?

(Y/N) Yeah...

(B) What do u wanna eat?

(Y/N) Cake...

(B) Ok...here u go.

(Y/N) Thanks...

I started to eat a little bites of the cake. I couldn't stop thinking about Zacky's green emerald eyes. I don't like leaving him. I put my cake on table and started to cry. Brian walked out of the kitchen and sat down next to me.

(B) Hey...it's alright... I'll call him up on the phone.

(Y/N) Wait...u don't have to do this...

(B) I don't like seeing my friend get hurt.

Brian picked up his cell phone and dialed Zacky's phone number.

(B) Zachary...

Phone(Z) What do u want?

(B) Why did u tell your girl to leave?

Phone (Z) What are u...how did u...where is she?

(B) She's at my place. I found her in the woods sitting on the bench crying. I wanted to cheer her up because what u did.
She was there to help u out, but instead u decided to say u don't
want help. I know you're upset about Jimmy passing away, but
doesn't mean u can just tell your girl to leave. If I was u and
I was upset about Jimmy passing away, I would never tell my
girl to leave. I'll let her help me out. So...she's spending the night with me tonight because u wanted to be alone.

Phone(Z) Brian...

(B) Goodbye, Zachary.

Brian hung up the phone.

(B) Sorry about that.

(Y/N) It's...fine.

(B) Aren't u...gonna finish that cake?

(Y/N) No...u can have it. U look hungry.

(B) Sure am.

(Y/N) Brian...um...are u still upset about Jimmy passing away?

(B) Yeah...still, but I don't put my depression on u like Zack did.

(Y/N) You're very kind.

Brian smiled and picked me upstairs towards the bedroom. He laid me down on the bed and laid down next to me. He pulled me towards his stomach and rubbed my back to keep me comfort.

(B) Just get some sleep...k? I hope things will be better for u
in the morning.

(Y/N) Ok...

In the morning, Brian made some breakfast for the two of us. He set the plate in front of me on dining room table. Brian started eating. He seems more hungry than me. I just sat there staring at my food. I couldn't eat anything because I couldn't stop worrying about Zacky. All the times we spent together. It made me feel so empty inside without him.

(B) Hey...you're not eating. Is there something wrong?

(Y/N) No...I just don't feel like eating right now...I need a hug.

Brian got up from his seat and went into the kitchen to put his plate in the sink. He walked up to me and hugged me.

(B) I know you're worried about Zack. Everything will be just fine.
The guys are coming over soon anyway.

(Y/N) That's good.
