I flinched as I heard it again
I walked towards the windows and closed the curtains

"why does it have to rain now I was having such a good time watching kdramas" I complained to myself and walked back towards the couch

I heard a ding, indicating that I got a new message on my phone so I picked it up from the table and clicked on the notification

I grinned to myself when I saw it was a message from my boyfriend, who has been with me for the past 1 year and means the world to me

Boyfie❤️: "Baby~ I am outside your house, can we meet right now?"

Another message

Boyfie❤️: "I know it's raining but it's important"

"what could be so important that he needs me to come out right now, I mean he hates it when I get drenched and sick from rain" I contemplated to myself

After a good one minute, I shrugged it off and opened the door after putting on my jacket

I gasped when I saw the state he was in

he was holding an umbrella but almost completely wet

"Minie, are you okay? come inside! you will get sick" I spoke

he shook his head indicating that he wouldn't come inside as he spoke "Baby come with me, I don't have time to explain" he looked in a hurry

'what could be so important that he wants me to follow him in this rain?'

'I am really very sorry y/n...I hope you will forgive me'

I saw y/n contemplating for a second but she quickly took an umbrella, put on her shoes and then locked her apartment door, following me behind as we walked towards where I first met her and the same place where I first confessed to her

'Awwn Jimin brought me here'
For others this park might be just a place but for me this is the most precious place on earth

Because this is the place where my beautiful journey with Jimin began

I grinned to myself and got lost in my own thoughts for a second

That's when Jimin threw away both of our umbrellas and I looked at him confused as I spoke "Waeyo?"

He shook his head indicating he wouldn't answer my question as he slowly made his way towards me and kissed me ever so passionately

It felt like the world around us had disappeared for a good two minutes and it were only us in it for miles and miles, lost in the moment i felt sad when he broke the kiss all of a sudden but I smiled at him

After a few seconds of smiling to eachother and staring at each other's eyes Jimin finally spoke

"y/n, please hold onto this box tightly and don't open your eyes until I tell you to okay"

I nodded in confusion but I closed my eyes, waiting for him to tell me to open them up again

'maybe he is giving me a surprise' I thought and smiled to myself

'I am really very sorry y/n.. please please forgive me for this'

I walked towards the street and waited till a vehicle came by

I heard y/n speak "how much long oppa?"

I could hear the cute whining in her voice as I replied "just a little bit more love"

and then I saw a red light, indicating that a vehicle was near

I saw a food truck approaching on full speed, as I ran towards it and got hit by it

the world around me was fading, as I heard screams and in a blink of eye I saw y/n approaching me in horror and tears streaming down her cheeks, it ached my heart to see her like that

She lifted my body covered in blood and had put my head on her lap, the world around me was slowly fading away

"JIMIN! NO STAY AWAKE" I shook him vulnerably

the owner of the truck called an ambulance and I was trying really hard to keep Jimin awake

I looked at him with pleading eyes, tears still streaming down my face "please don't leave me Jimin, you are only what I am left with" I begged

He held a side of my cheek with his bloody hand, it felt like he had no energy left as he pointed to the box he gave me which was now lying on the ground, gave me a weak smile as he passed away

"NO JIMIN YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME" I sobbed

I checked over his pulse again and again but to no avail I couldn't feel it anymore

My Jimin left me all alone

The ambulance came and took away his body and then I reached out to the box he gave me earlier and opened it with a heavy broken heart

There was a letter inside of it

After reading the letter, with nothing left to do I fell onto my knees crying my heart out
