Katie, “ I gave birth to her when I was still human.”
Renesme, “I don't understand because you didn't die while giving birth to her.”
Katie, “We don't know why.”
Renesme, “I see.”
Rosie came in the living room and came up to me.
Rosie, “I am sorry for yesterday and earlier today but I hope we can get along.”
Renesme, “Thanks I hope so too,” I say smiling.
After that we started to be more like a family. We had gotten along after all. Rosie wasn't just a sister to me she was my best friend too.
----Ten years passed-----
I woke up early this morning because I was hungry. I got up from my bed, out the balcony and went to go look for something to hunt. Jump off the balcony and headed to the woods. I ran so that no one can see me. I spotted my prey and I quickly attack so I can drink blood. The last time I drank blood was 6 years ago so I couldn't control my thirst anymore. As I finished and I had to hurry back to the home. I got home and I went to my room quietly so I won't wake up my sister. My parents go to work, school or to my grandparents house. My sister has her own room and so do I. I opened the door to my room went in and closed the door behind me. I went to the bathroom so I can shower and take the smell of blood off. I got out and I heard some voices downstairs.
Rosie, “Mom I'm hungry.”
Katie, “You'll have to wait.”
“Dan it I thought mom and dad weren't here and my sister was sleeping,” I say to myself.
I ignored it and chose my clothes. I got my clothes and I went with a cute skirt with a shirt that looked professional. I was finished and I didn't have bother with my hair since it's straight. I only thing I have to do once in awhile is to dye my hair blonde because I'm the only one in my family with blue hair. So I have to hide it and that's why I dye my hair. I opened the door when I see my sister coming up the stairs. I walked out, went down the stairs and went to the kitchen.
Katie, “Morning sweetie.”
Renesme, “Morning mother so do I start school today?”
Katie, “no sweetie but you really want to go.”
Renesme, "Yes mother because I don't want to be homeschooled no more.”
Katie, “I understand but it's for your safety and if you want you can go to your grandparents house.”
Renesme, “I'll go to my grandparents house because I haven't seen them for 5 years ago.”
Katie, “Okay but Edward might come home soon.”
Renesme, “Alright I'll be off now bye mother.”
Katie, “Bye sweetie.”
I went out of the house was heading to my grandparents house.
