The Hospital

My eyes slowly opening but close right when the light hits them. I try to open them again but only one does. The other eye was so swollen that it stayed closed. I suddenly hear a filmilar voice that was filled with worry.

"Rose!"
My eyes slowly opened to see niall standing beside me, "hey beautiful.. Simon's in jail, you don't have to worry anymore."

I smile for one in a year and 6 months.
" There's that smile I love."
 
I looked at him,"niall?"

"Yes Rose?"
I took a breath.

"I love you."
I could see his eyes tear up a small but before he replied with.

"I love you too."

After a couple of days of being in the hospital, niall takes me back to the house to gather my things and placing them into a moving truck.

*Niall's pov*
Hours had passed is in her new room unpacking her things.
I suddenly headed the phone ring.
I walk over and pick up the phone just in case it's Simon calling from jail.
    "Hello?"
There was a long pause..

"Hello, is Judge Mary, Rose is being called to testify against abuser Simon Stone, 3 days from now at 1pm, the defendant wont be in room."

I nodded before saying,"okay,I'll let her know."
*hangs up*

I take breath and walk into Rose's room.I gently knock on the door.

"Come in." her voice echoed from the other side of the door .

I opened the door.

"hey a judge called,you're being called to testify against Simon in 3 days from now at one."

I could see her muscles tense up.
"It's okay he won't be in the room."

Rose nods then answers,"okay I'll do it."
