Leaving for war

Lavinia's P.O.V.

It's been about 3 months after Kalesia was born. She looks just like Armakan, only she has my attitude and eyes. A month after she was born, the Kou Empire was going to war with Magnostadt. Magnostadt is an academy for magic users who want to become more skilled. Supposedly, the little boy Aladdin went there not long after my people and I came here to Heliophat.

At the moment, Armakan and I are watching Sabrina walk around the garden and look at the flowers with Kalesia. Sabrina has been so good about taking care of her sister when Armakan and I are so busy. She has also become very protective over Kalesia ever since she was born.

"King Armakan, Queen Lavinia. Sinbad has sent a letter to you." Narmes says.

"Go on." Armakan says.

"He says that he needs your help with trying to stop this war with Kou. He would like you two to leave for Sindria in the morning." Narmes says.

"We can go." I say making Armakan look up at me from his seat. I look at him and add,"Sabrina can take care of Kalesia. She has the maids if she comes across a problem."

Armakan sighs and nods then says, "alright. We will leave for Sindria in the morning," making Narmes nod and leave the room.

"Everything will be alright." I say reassuring Armakan. The door opens and Sabrina walks in with Kalesia on her hip.

"Is everything okay, mom, dad?" Sabrina asks.

"Your father and I have to leave for Sindria in the morning to help try and stop a war with the Kou Empire." I say.

"Alright." She says shocking Armakan and I. She then adds,"I'll be fine. I have the maids and grandpa here to help me out when I need it."

"Alright." Armakan says. Sabrina walks up to me and hands me Kalesia.

"I need to get to bed. Kalesia has worn me out. Good night." Sabrina says kissing Kalesia on the head.

"Good night sweetheart." Armakan and I say. Soon enough Armakan and I get ready for bed. Kalesia is already asleep in her crib and Brujas is curled around her. Armakan and I kiss each other goodnight before falling asleep in each others arms.

Sabrina's P.O.V.

I wake up and get ready before making my way down to the dinning hall.

"Good morning Sabrina." Dad says.

"Morning dad. Are you leaving already?" I ask. He sighs and nods his head.

"I'll be fine, dad. I promise. Nothing to worry about." I say placing my hand on his shoulder before hugging him. He hugs back and kisses my forehead, seeing as how I am almost as tall as him now. I hear mom walking up to us, so I let go of dad and turn around and hug mom.

"Take care of your sister, please." Mom says. I nod and then take Kalesia from mom, before placing her on my hip. I then walk with mom and dad to the ship to bid them off. They get on and I say, "I love you," before grabbing Kalesia's hand and wave to them. They wave back and I hear mom say,"we love you too"
