Aftermath of recovering

Lavinia's P.O.V.

It has been about two years ever since the war at Magnostadt. Ever since Sabrina was injured so badly that she could barely breathe, and couldn't talk for about two weeks. It was really hard watching her have to walk with two people on either side of her for a whole month. While the doctors and nurses were fixing her wounds and all, they said that whatever threw her, threw her hard. Reason for that is because her left femur and right fibula and tibia were broken, and her jaw had been broken.

The fanalis were the ones who mostly stayed while Sabrina was recovering, along with Aladdin, Morgiana, and Alibaba. When Armakan and I had to go to a meeting in a different country, the fanalis corps and the three kids watched over Sabrina, Kalesia, and the kingdom. Aladdin was always there to cheer Sabrina up when she was close to having a panic attack. Myron, Razol, Muu, and Lo'lo were always by her side when she was going into a PTSD phase. When Sabrina would see them she would attack them out of fear, saying she was seeing the beast that basically scarred her for the rest of her life and that it needed to die. Lo'lo would be the one to hold her and keep her arms down, while Muu was there to hold her legs down gently. Then Myron and Razol would be the ones to calm her down and soothe her after the PTSD phase was over.

Not to long ago, Armakan and I witnessed one of her phases, and it had terrified us, knowing our daughter was suffering from something we didn't know how to stop. I can remember it as clear as day.

Flashback

"So, what are we going to do for Kalesia's 2nd birthday?" I ask Armakan.

"I was thinking, invite everybody here. They would have to arrive here at night, when Kalesia is asleep so she doesn't suspect anything." Armakan says. I smile and Armakan smiles back at me before kissing the side of my cheek.

"DIE, YOU BEAST. AHHH!" We hear Sabrina yell out. We run and turn another corner, only to see Lo'lo gripping Sabrina in his arms as he is sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall. Muu is holding her ankles down, not so hard to where bruises would appear. Myron and Razol were sitting on either side of Sabrina, waiting I guess. I cover my mouth as Armakan wraps his arms around me as a sort of comfort.

After about a couple of minutes, Sabrina goes still and then start to cry. Muu lets go of her legs and the two girls grab Sabrina's hands. Sabrina continues to cry and curl up in Lo'lo's touch.

"It's okay Sabrina. We are hear for you." Razol says softly.

"No it's not. I'm just a scarred and broken girl. I'm never going to be the same." Sabrina says as she continues to cry. I go to say something but Muu says, "No you are not. You are still Sabrina. You are going to get through this because you have your mother, your father, Kalesia, Cerberus, the gypsies, Heliophat, Sindria, and more importantly, us. We are not going to let you give up, even when you think that all hope is lost. We will find a way to stop these phases."

Myron wipes Sabrina' tears away before grabbing her hand again. Armakan and I walk towards the five fanalis. I then kneel down in front of Sabrina and grab her face gently before saying, "Muu is right. You have all of us here for you and we are not going to give up on you. Your father and I are going to a conference between the other seven seas alliance to talk about a newly discovered medicine that was made just for you. It will end your phases and you won't have to live through that day." I then bring her in my arms and hug her as she cries into my shoulder. After a minute or two, she goes quiet, so I look at Myron and ask, "Is she asleep?"

"Yes."

"Good. Lo'lo, will you take her to her room, then will you guys watch over her. We should be back with the medicine by the afternoon of tomorrow." I say, looking at all of them.

"Of course, Queen Lavinia." Muu says. I place Sabrina back in Lo'lo's arms before getting up and leaving to get Sabrina's medicine.

End of Flashback

That day, we got Sabrina's medicine. Ever since then, Sabrina's hasn't had a panic attack or PTSD phase. We celebrated Kalesia's 2nd birthday with everybody two day later, and Kalesia was really happy that her sister was back to normal, well, somewhat.
