The guy and the girl-Danny's POV

"Crystal do you want to go for a walk," I asked.

"Yea yea, uncle Danny!" Crystal ran over to me and hugged me.

I picked up Crystal and we walked out of the apartment. I locked the door and walked through the lobby. I saw someone walking towards. The person bumped into to me. I looked at the person and it was Caleb. He turned around and gave me a what are-you-looking-at look. I looked at Crystal who was staring at me. She was confused because she didn't know that guy.

"Crystal lets go this way," I pointed to the cafeteria. She wanted a hotdog and some candy. Of course I bought them for her because she is so cute. I kept looking around to see if Caleb was there. He wasn't, but I just wanted to make sure.

I saw Ella and Ryland grabbing food so I sat next to them and let Crystal eat her food.

"What classes do you have today Danny," Ella asked me. I was staring of into space. I was thinking about things. I realized she was talking to me.

"Umm art history at 2 and photography at 5." I was still not really into the conversation. "What do you guys have?"

"I have some doctor class, I don't really know." Ella told me and I knew she was excited even though she kinda kept low key.

"I don't have any classes today," Ryland and Ella were holding hands. They were so cute.

I thinking about Kevin and I's relationship. We've been together through so much drama. I love him more than anyone in the world. I hope that we get married when we are in our early twenties and have at least three kids. We've discussed all of the possibilities for having kids. There's adoption, foster care, and surrgatece. I am just so happy that I found the one now in my life.

Ella snapped her fingers in front of my face and I instantly was back in reality.

"What did you say?" I asked in a louder voice. Crystal looked up at me and I just smiled at her and she went back to eating. She was a good kid.

"Where's Kevin at today," Ella said to me. She was smiling at me trying to keep my attention on her.

"He's at a studio making a demo for the guy in LA." I saw that Crystal was done eating and I looked at my phone.

"Cool," Ryland and Ella both said in unison. I saw that Stella had text me. I told Ella and Ryland goodbye and got up and left the cafeteria.

Texts from Stella

S: where are you guys at? I can come get Crystal.

D: we will meet you at my apartment

S: ok

I was texting her when I bumped into someone again. It was Caleb again.

"What's your problem!" I yelled. He just stared at me. "I'm talking to you!" He tried to punch me, but I grabbed his hand. He was surprised I caught his fist. He tried to hit me with his other one. I punched him in the gut.

"Stop it uncle Danny!" Crystal screamed. She was staring at me in amazement. She then said something and I went flying into a wall. So did Caleb. She was something supernatural. She wasn't a werewolf or vampire. Caleb got up and ran off. He was scared and I knew I needed to go after him, but people were staring at us. I grabbed Crystal and ran to the apartment.

I saw Stella walking into the lobby.

"Stella, here! I'll explain later I have to go after Caleb. Crystal did something supernatural and go to Sophia. She will know what to do about her!" I was out of breath. I had to explain everything to her super quick. I ran off to find Caleb.

I caught his scent and followed it to the same location as the night before. He was staring off in the same direction as the first time he kissed me. I walked over to him and stood by him.

"Hey"

"What was that?" He asked me softly.

"Umm this will be hard to believe, but this world isn't just black and white. There are so many things that most people don't know about. I can't tell you really anything. I hope you can understand."

"I don't, but I just want you know something. I'm so sorry about the first time we met. With the whole beating you up thing." He sounded sincere. I didn't know what he was going to do. I had a feeling he was going to do the thing I didn't want him to do.

He kissed me and I didn't pull away right away this time. The kiss felt different from Kevin and I kinda liked it.
