How Ranking up Works

(NEW BATTLE THEME)

After a grunt survives many battles or does something extraordinary hey get a choice to either rank up to a  phalenx or a plasmater if they chose plasmater they can't rank up again but if they chose a phalenx they can rank up after many battles and they can rank up to a vanguard 

after that a vanguard can chose to stay a vanguard or rank up to a centurion if they stay a vanguard the way they can be on level with centurion or colossus is that they have to battle and that's why their the most aggressive of the ranks.If they do rank up to a centurion it takes years to be worthy to rank up to a colossus.

Siege drivers can be any ranks but mostly grunts want to be siege drivers because it can help you go up the ranks

(BTW i'm going to add a few ranks)

flag bearer- vanguard become flag bearers after tremendous battle experience.The only difference that they have a plasma shield and their always at the front of the battle   

band member-(Someone has to play the music in battle) band members are failed grunts and old warriors who now dedicate their work force to play the battle theme
