The world is a reflection of ourselves. So we see the world the same way we see ourselves.
' Life changes only when we change.'
We have to understand one thing that the image that we have of ourselves directly or indirectly affects our everyday actions. If we do not have a positive self-image it is going to be real hard for us to feel worthy in this society.
Below are some of the things that you can do on a regular basis to build a positive self-image:
1. Use affirmations as much as you can (eg. 'I am beautiful', 'I am capable of doing everything', 'I am a wonderful person')
2. Do regular exercise to feel energetic and active( eg. a 30 min walk everyday).
3. Read books(there are many motivational books available) that help you to develop good feelings about yourself.
4. Try to learn something new everyday.
5. Help someone every single day to make yourself feel good (eg. you can help your mother by washing the dishes or doing the laundry, helping a friend in studies).
These are some of the things that I've tried which has helped me a lot. You'll can try them and tell me whether it has helped you or not. These are really very simple things that all of us know just we don't get ourselves into doing them. So lets start them today and achieve positive results.
