Jackson sensed the awkward tension between both you and Jimin and thought it was due to you having a fake relationship with Jackson a few months ago.

He immediately felt guilty, watching how you were acting around each other.

As much as Jackson had a crush on you, he would never try to break up you and Jimin, he knew that he could never make you as happy as Jimin could.

So he was going to try and make it right.

"By the way, the whole 'relationship' thing me and y/n had was completely fake I promise" he began, making sure to gesture when he said relationship.

Your eyes shot up to Jackson's figure and Jimin's did the same.

Jimin failed to hear the part where it was fake.

"What?" Jimin said daringly. "You went out with him?" Jimin asked hoarsely.

He couldn't believe this, you were mad at him for having a fake relationship when you had a real one behind his back anyways.

Or so he thought.

Jackson realized that he fucked up and just as you were about to speak, he interrupted.

"No, no, we didn't go out together. It was fake" Jackson explained.

Jimin looked confused at him.

"Why did you have a fake relationship" he asked.

"Because my parents came to visit me with my brothers family and I didn't want them to realize I don't have a partner and have them try and search for one for me" he explained, "trust me, it took y/n a lot of time to agree and when she did, she made sure to tell your mother and she even made me sign a contract saying that I couldn't touch her unless she allowed me to" he said, worried that he may have just messed up your relationship.

"And did you?" He asked you.

You shook your head.

"You can ask your mother if you don't believe us" Jackson said.

Jimin nodded, processing the information he just got, "there is no need"

You looked up at the mess of an argument that just happened,

"Goodnight Jackson" you said, signaling for him to return home.

"I'm sorry y/n"

You gave him a weak smile. "It had to come out eventually" you said with a raspy voice.

Jackson then left, leaving you alone, yet again, with Jimin.

You continued unlocking your door and you then walked inside, sighing as you see your apartment.

You were hoping when you left to get Jimin that you would be over the moon when you came back with him.

But that wasn't the case.

Jimin dropped the bags in the hallway and began glancing around the room.

You made your way over to the couch and he followed behind you, wearily sitting down on the opposite side to you.

"Are you sure she is okay with you being here?" you said trying to hold back your emotions showing.

Jimin looked at you confused, "my mother?" He asked.

You rolled your eyes, "Alex" you said. "Is she okay with you being here"

He then felt a tug on his heart.
