You were just a dancer at KQ Entertainment and sometimes helped with choreography for the group Ateez. It was rare when you got to help with choreo, but it was always exciting and fun. When you met Ateez for the first time it was for their debut. You didn't do much you were basically an assistant to the choreographer. So most of the time you just sat and watched.
But that was months ago you haven't been asked to help again, and it was alright. Because you had your own choreo to worry about, so you have been in the studio for longer hours than usual. Which didn't bother you, you found comfort in the studio it was like a second home to you.
It was around midnight and you were still working on the last bit of the dance. You didn't notice that someone walked in, you could care less who it was or what they wanted. You knew that this last part had to be nailed.
"Hey." you tried to ignore the person that was trying to get your attention.
"Hey, can you stop for a second?" rolling your eyes you finally turned around and stopped the music.
"What do you want." you didn't realize who it. You were just mad that you couldn't continue your very important work.
"Wow, I never knew a girl would talk to me like that." you finally looked at the person with the deep voice. And you couldn't believe that Song Mingi was standing in the same studio as you.
"O-oh my gosh. I'm so sorry I didn't know it was you."
"It's alright."
"Why are you here so late?"
"I could ask you the same thing. But we are having some extra dance practices before we go on The Show."
You and Mingi just looked at each other, it was kind of awkward, to say the least. So you walked back and turned the music back on and started dancing. Mingi just watched you, and he was amazed by you. He just sat there watching you like it was a real performance. And he totally forgot about his own practice until he checked the time.
"Hey it was great seeing you dance, but I have to get back to my group."
"Oh, I didn't know you were still here. Anyway, have a good practice."
He walked to the door and tried pushing it open, but it won't budge. You walked over to the door to try to open it but it wouldn't open for you either. Then you remembered that they lock studio door after midnight. And you forgot to tell the front desk that you were going to be here late.
"We're locked in here Mingi. They won't open the doors until 8 a.m."
"What!?? I can't stay here all night, I'm going to get in so much trouble."
You felt bad because of the idol was unfair sometimes, and never let them have time to breathe. You and Mingi just sat down on the floor and started a conversation with one another. You learned a little bit about Mingi, and Mingi had learned a little about you too.
After a couple of hours, someone finally opened the door. Even though Mingi had to leave you hoped to be locked in again because Mingi isn't as scary as he is on stage. And want to know about him, and little did you know Mingi had the same thoughts.
