Chanyeol crumpled the paper that he held in his hands, and threw it furiously at the wall in front of him. Tears filled his eyes as he gripped at the edges of his hair, the only thing he could think of was, why did she have to do that?
Why did she think it would be okay to just leave?
Why did she disappear?
What exactly was so dangerous?
His thoughts were interrupted when the door opened, and a blonde girl peaked through. "Hey bro, you okay?"
He looked up and gave her a small smile, "Yeah, I'm fine Chaeyoung."
She raised her eyebrows at him and placed her hands on her hips, "Really?" Chanyeol nodded his head trying to convince her and him as well that he was fine.
"So locking yourself up in your room for the past two days, and not even bothering to answer any of your friends' calls is considered fine? Well it's 2019, the world changes I guess." Chaeyoung remarked, her finger pointing at the mess he made while he was crawled up in his room.
Chanyeol stood up frustratedly and stared at her, "Fine! I'm not okay, alright? In fact, I'm a wreck okay? She was my world, my life, my everything, and now she's gone. Not even a single word, not even a kiss goodbye, not even a phone call. Instead all I get is this crappy piece of paper!"
Chaeyoung was taken aback by his sudden burst. She recovered, and wrapped her slender arms around the male. He leaned himself towards her, and cried. Chaeyoung muttered sweet words to his ear, trying to comfort him. As he continued to cry, many questions filled into her mind.
Specifically, what was in the letter that had made her brother so enraged?
