Ha Neul's POV
He's already taken. There's no hope for me. Not that I even liked him. I need to make it clear to him that I don't like him.
"About that question. No, I don't like you. I did it to shut you up."
He just stood there. I don't know if he was pretending to be hurt or not but he obviously is in love with Sunhee so it makes no sense for him to still like me. I thought he did. I thought wrong.
He grabbed my wrist.
"I don't believe you. It's obviously not the case. Did Sunhee bug you again?"
"No, she didn't. I just realised I shouldn't take things that don't belong to me."
"Don't say that. My heart belongs with you. Sunhee was lying."
"If she were really lying, why would you sign the marriage contract?"
His eyes widened. Just as I thought. He was lying to me his entire time. Liking me, practically everything. Jerk.
"H-How did you know?"
I scoffed.
"Your manager, Mr Jeong told me. Don't worry, I'll make sure I stay far away from you."
