Ha Neul's POV
Somehow, Jungkook managed to make Mrs Leekim separate us and the other students for detention. Jungkook and I were in a classroom for detention while the other students were in the other classroom.

"How did you do that?!"

"Do what?"

"Convince Mrs Leekim to separate us and the other students."

He shrugged and stuffed his face into my hair.

"I don't have good looks for nothing."

I glared at him, threatening to slap his arm as he held my hand and chuckled nervously.

"I was just joking, Jagi, don't worry."

I rolled my eyes as he suddenly lifted me up and onto his lap, making me squeak a bit.

"Yah! What are you doing?!"

I screeched, grabbing onto his arm tightly. His arms wrapped around my waist as he leaned his head onto my back.

"Jagi, I want to tell you something."

I got nervous at how serious he sounded. He put his mouth near my ear and whispered,

"I love you so much that I would rip any guy apart if he were close to you."

His voice was husky and dangerous, sending chills down my spine. Then, he suddenly pecked my cheek, a playful and child-like smile on his face again. I shuddered but I replied,

"I love you too, Jagi, more than I love ice cream."

We both burst into laughter.
