Jangmi's POV

It was already a month and a half when we started this contract. And I'm getting used to see him often.

I was feeling a bit sleepy when I got a call from him one morning.

"What's the matter boss?"

[Can you come here?]

"But I'm still sleepy."

[It's already 10 am!!]

"I can't-"

[Please]

"Okay. Wait for me."

And because he requested for it, I went to his office but his secretary told me to wait for him inside.

I sat down at the couch and closed my eyes. Little did I know i fell asleep as I wake up, he was sitting beside me, looking at me.

"You look so cute when you sleep" He said

"Ya!!! You should have wake me up"

"But you were too sleepy" He smiled

I noticed his eyebags were slightly bigger.

"What's with those eyebags?" I asked

"I slept late last night."

"Playing?" I asked

"Noo."

"why then?"

"I was reviewing the sales report of my company." He said proudly

"I noticed you're more hands on to your company now."

"You think so? Honestly I always feel inspired lately." He smiled

"Good for you. Oh wait, your fingernails are to long."

"No time to trim those."

"Want me to do it for you?" I asked

He nodded and smiled. I took my nail cutter on a pouch on my bag and started trimming.

"Why are you smilling?" He asked

"I just remembered something."

"What is it?"

"It's just that Hyunrae does this for me back when we were young. She's like my mom" I said

"I see she's really taking care of you"

"we only have each other."

"Well, we're friends, so I guess I'm a part of your life now." He said

I finished trimming his fingernails and the he stood up.

"You're leaving already?" I asked

"Yes."

"Shall i go home now?"

"No. You'll come with me at the meeting." He asked

"Huh? Why?" I asked

"I know I'd be needing a stress reliever. So let's go."

We went to the meeting room and his workers and some staff were there. They were waiting for him and I noticed the unpleasant look on the faces of some of his workers.

Is this why he asked me to go here? To help him relieve his stress? But why?

I was seated near the door and still listening to everything that they were saying. His workers are full of complains but he was just looking at them.

His secretary gave him a folder and he was read the reports out loud. He was angry and I never saw that side of him.

Upon looking at him, my heart beat was getting faster and faster that it caused a pain on my chest.

I clenched my fist and tried to tap my chest slighty to ease the pain but it gets worse. I ran outside and went to the rest room. Too bad I forgot my pain killers

I've been having this strange feeling always when I'm with him. And not to mention, I get this pain on my chest.

I came out of the rest room still confused of what was happenning to me. Then came to his office to get my bag since I wasn't really feeling well.

His clerk ran after me as I go down.

"Mr. Kang might ask-"

"could you please tell him I have to go? I just have an urgent errands today"

I walked fast and called for a cab.

I got to rest and sleep for a while but a call woke me up. It was a call from Taehyun.

"Boss?"

[Hey! Jangmi where are you]?

"home."

[You left me!]

"Sorry. I was-"

[Sleepy? Nah. Thanks alot.]

He ended the call and I was annoyed with what he did.

What's wrong with that guy?
