Chapter 9

Ross POV

Monday Morning

Finally I can go back to school, wow never thought I'd be saying that but I've been home staying in my room for the past week because I looked like a FREAKING SMURF and finally the blue colouring is finally gone but I still need to get revenge on Zara somehow. Its going to be hard but nothing is impossible but I guess its American bad boy vs British bad girl.

At School

I havent seen Zara yet it but its only 10am so theres still time, I meet up with Casper and Zach

"Look whose back" Casper said doing r handshake

"Yeah felt like u disappeared" Zach said

"It took so f ing long for the dye to come off, anyway what have I missed" I asked them

"We'll Emma has shorter hair now because of the paint and glue prank that was supposed to be for Zara" Casper said.

"Ross why don't you and Zara just call a truce and try to be friends before you both get hurt or someone else gets hurt" Zach suggested

"But I need to get her back I can't let her get away with turning me into a f ing smurf" I said

"Yeah but if this goes on someone might get hurt just call a truce" Zach said again

"Fine I'll ask her at lunch"

"Thank you" both Zach and Casper say at the same time.

The bell rang and we went to class

Zara POV

It's Monday and I haven't seen Ross yet, I know he is in because I've heard people saying

"He's finally back"

"Zara is dead meat"

"I heard he want revenge"

I started to laugh at the last one I mean I'm Zara no gets revenge on me, it's just impossible for them. Beau left on Sunday back to the UK I'm not going to lie I do miss him but just got to move on and I've not heard from Jake since Ross's party it's like he just disappeared after sending me the video of Ross at the party which I still have and I am never deleting that.

I made my way to business studies, which I have with Ross so we will see if he's in.

I sit at the back in my normal seat and walking through the door I see the one and only Ross lynch himself normal coloured Ross not blue. I let a small chuckle when I thought of that.

He came and sat next to me.

"Miss me Zara"

"Hardly I was actually having some fun at this school" I said with a smirk on my face

"Well you've probably heard that revenge is necessary"

"Yeah people at this high school don't no the meaning of keeping things on the down low and let's be honest You won't be able to get me back because I'm just to good"

"Someone's confident"

"Well what can I say you have failed twice to try and get me humiliated and me I've humiliated you once and passed and humiliated that cheerleader once and passed again so I think I'm ahead of the game"

"Yeah but that tables can turn you know"

"Whatever"

"ZARA ROSS AM I INTERRUPTING YOUR LITTLE GOSSIP" the teacher yelled

"Well you are a bit, I'm just trying to talk to her"

"Yeah well do that your own time and detention for both of you see you after school for 2 hours"

"Great now I have to spend and extra 2 hours at this school" I whispered to myself

"Don't worry I'll be with you" Ross said

I rolled my eyes and started to pay attention to the teacher to be honest I don't even no his name all I no is that he's bald and tall, I really have to pay more attention.

We have 10 more minutes of this class and I'm dying its soo boring when will I need to know half this stuff when I leave high school and get a real job. Mr what's his name has been talking about a project that's worth 60% of are grade and to be honest I've not been listening but he is putting us in pairs to complete this project. I look around the class and remember Jade is in the same class but she sits a row in front of me.

"I have already picked your pairs and they are on my board now, go sit next to your partner" Mr Boston said that's his name, I'll probably forget his name in 15 minutes. I walk up tithe board and see my name, I was hoping that jades name was right next to mine but to my disappointment it wasn't she was with Robbie, I was with...

"I guess you'll be coming home with me after are detention" he said behind me

I spun round to face Ross

"In your dreams" I answered back walking out of the classroom with Jade and Robbie.

"Gladly" he shouted behind I rolled my eyes and kept on walking to my locker

"Why don't you call a truce with Ross, I mean I know you don't like him but calling a truce would be the best thing for everyone, before you kill one of us or him" Jade suggested, a truce huh, well that wouldn't be so bad, I shut my locker

"I have to agree with Jade, I mean it is fun watching you and Ross 'fight' but before someone gets hurt pleases call a truce" Robbie added.

"Okay fine I'll call a truce with Ross" I said holding my hands up surrendering to both of them.

LUNCH

ROSS POV

I get my lunch and walk to my usual table with Casper. We sit down and they all stare at me

"Take a fricken picture it will last you longer" I said making some of them look away

"Sorry but times ticking and there hasn't been a truce made between you and Zara or how some of us like to call you both the American bad boy ad the British bad girl" Casper said, I rolled my eyes and started to search for what table Zara was sitting at.

We all get up from are table and started to walk towards Zara's table, I see her turn around when Lilly whispers something in her ear.

"Zara I need to ask you something" I asked

"Go ahead Lynch" she said getting up from her table

"Umm I want to call a truce"

"Wait you what" she said surprised

"You heard me I want to call a truce between us and maybe be friends"

She paused and thought to herself for a minute

"So are you both going to call it quits or what" Jade said

"Alright then Ross truce no more revenge and we can try to be friends" she said reaching her hand out for me to shake it

"Okay truce" we both shook hands.
