Seokjin has few flaws in Jungkook's eyes, but one that he can't withstand is his obsession with putting on makeup.
In fact the problem isn't the makeup itself, he actually likes that he encourages other males to use it, but he hates the reason why Jin uses it. His desire of looking perfect and flawless, with nothing ruining his face.
He hates that self-esteem problem in Seokjin -something he doesn't lack in -, but even like that he likes when he applies eyeliner or when he uses that bright pink lipstick.
It's a little contradictory, but he can't do much about it, Jungkook loves his Jinnie as he is.
