My dad doesn't let me make any friends at school so I don't, which causes people to not like me but whatever I guess. I just want to get there already.

Skylars pov

After a long boring day in school I head to a near by cafe to do my home work and get some coffee. When I get there I order my coffee and sit down in the corner so I don't have people bothering me.

About 30 minutes later or so I start to get tired, but I don't head back to my house yet because I wanna do a little Mate searching to see if I can find her just to see if she is near by.

So as I leave the cafe and head opposite of where my house is because I have already checked every where near my house and school for her so I decide to go the opposite way today.

So I literally check everywhere! I also make sure to smell the air because I might smell my mate. Since where werewolf's we have really good hearing, eyesight, smell and so on. I don't make it to obvious that I'm sniffing the air because there are still humans around and they would probably look at me weirdly if I was sniffing the air.

About an hour later i still haven't found her or caught any interesting smells so I decided to head home.

As I walk inside my house I yell " I'M HOME" to no one in particular I just yell it out to tell whoever is home that I'm home.

" SKYLAR COME HERE!" My dad yells sounding frustrated. Hmm I wonder what happened I thought.

I walk to the door of his office and knock and wait till he says I could come in.

"Come in" my dad said through the door

I opened the door to see my mom and dad sitting there

"Yes?"

"You do know that your 18 and that your birthday is in December and right now it's October . You already know that since your the oldest we decided to pass the alpha title on to you and you know that when you turn 20 years old you will get the title and you will also need a Luna." He said seriously

"I know dad I know don't you think I've been trying to find my damn mate since I was 16 dad, 16 I'm 18 I've been looking for her for 2 years and I still have found nothing! So you can't really be saying that because I have been looking everywhere!" I said angrily

"that's not what I mean son, I'm just saying that we hope you find her soon enough or before you become alpha so you can have a Luna by your side helping you" he said trying to find the right words so i won't get angry again.

"We'll I won't stop trying until I do dad, don't worry I think I'll find her soon" I said trying to sound hopeful.

"That's great son, alright I need to do some business so you can go" he said

Then i went back to my room trying to think of ways to find my mate and fast.

Emily's pov

After being stuck in that trunk we finally arrived in where ever we are. My dad Nick came around and opened the trunk for me get out.
