Chapter TwentyNineThe day/night before the wedding

It was the day before the wedding and thing had been going as well as could have until keith was talking to shannon about where she and shiro were going on their honey moon.Of course shannon told keith that there was a place here in her kingdom that she wanted have her honeymoon if she ever got married.Now that was going to happen she told keith that this places would only reveals itself to the royal family or those who are truly in love and keith could understand were shannon was coming from.Meanwhile lance had just bought an engagement ring which a red ruby with a silver band he was able to buy it because one he knew the princess also it was not that expensive seen this being one day before the royal wedding.As lance was walking back to the palace did he see lotor but it was only for amomented then he was gone lance wasn't sure of what he saw so he decided to tell the other about this so they could have a plan in place just in case he tried to pull something.

Lance pov:

I was finally go to this which was ask keith,if he would wanted to spend the rest of his life with me of course I've brought the ring it a silver band ring with a ruby stone.At first I wanted to go with sapphire stone but went with beautiful deep red ruby stone instead.Also I got a good deal on it one I knew the princess of the kingdom as for the other it wasn't as expensive as I had first thought,I learned for shannon that her kingdom did really well for itself.So went it came to sell or buy anything the prices weren't to high for someone like me couldn't buy it.As I left the jewelry store where I had been my next stop was the floristed to pick up a bouquet of red rose it was as I was walking around the captain to the floristed shop did I see or I thought I saw prince lotor walking around.This could be bad if he try to pull something a day before the wedding or during the wedding ceremony.So I went back to the palace to tell the other but not before head to the floristed shop.And pick up a bouquet of red rose then I made it back to the palace to tell the other of what I saw while I was in the city.

Meanwhile back in the palace shannon was doing some last minted wedding planning it was not going to take long as for shiro he was trying to get used to the palace life of course he lived in the castle of lions but this was a little different from that seen there were more people around.And not just him as well as the other paladins of voltron this was kind of hard for him but he had shannon to show him how things worked she was able to explain everything to him on things were done of course shiro was then able to understand on what went on in the palaces.Of course when lance came back he found shiro then told him they need a team meeting now because of what he told him that he had seen prince lotor in the city walking around.Once shiro made sure that everyone was in the war/meeting room they were able to come up with a plan should prince lotor try and pull something now or during the wedding ceremony.

Shiro pov:

I was still having a hard time trying to get used to the palaces life I mean yes I've lived in the of castle of loins which way different that being there was only me as well as the other paladins.But I have shannon to show me how thing work and it not been all that bad now she is really good at explaining on what goes on from day to day so I know that I could get use to this.Of course this peacefulness didn't last because when lance found me he told me that he had seen princes lotor who was walking around the city it was then I was able to get everyone together in the war/meeting room.So we could come up with a plan just in case he should to pull something now or during the wedding ceremony.And I kinda felt bad that I didn't tell shannon about what we had planned which was just incorse the palaces security as well as make sure that we had are loins on stand by.

Meanwhile in other part of the palace shannon there she had asked to be alone for now until later of course the palace staff understand and left her alone.Once shannon knew that she was alone she went to a hid room that she had found back when she was little it was a room that had old spell book that were not in the royal library room.Of course there more than just spell book there were charm's as well as many other things that her family had cleated over the years and why she was in this room was well.Because she was looking for something that was once worn by her late mother it was necklace that was crystale crescent moon settled in gold along with a golden chain it was every beautiful.Her mother wore this necklace on her wedding day when she married her father so long ago.

As I was walking to a scerted apart of the palace that I only knew about you may be wondering why I'm doing this well you see I'm looking for something that I wish to wear on my wedding day.It an old family necklace it was blue crescent moon crystal that was setted in gold along with a golden chain it was every beautiful.And it was what my mother wore on her wedding day of course my mother is gone and I've never told shiro about her or about my family it being too painful to talk.When I found it was still as beautiful as ever I just wish both my parents could be here to see me marry as well as give me away too but they are gone I hope they'll be here in spirited that would be the best thing ever to me.
