Rose POV
I make my way to over to the park and it is very quiet. I thought the paper said there was a surprise here. As i turn to go back home a podium pops up with banner that says WELCOME TO LAZYTOWN ROSE!!!!!!!!!
"Holy shiiiiitake mushrooms" I shout in surprise. I put my hands up like i am about to punch someone. I almost said holy shit in front of these kids.
"SURPRISE ROSE" Everyone in the park yells.
I once again jump and just about punched the closest person to me. I hear a ooof and realize I really did punch someone. It got really quiet.
"I am so sorry i hit you I really don't like surprises. My sister knows that." I say as i shoot a glare at Stephanie.
"It's ok." A sexy voice says next to me. "You have a heck of a punch."
I look next to me to find a guy dressed in blue and white with 10 on his chest. He has the most handsome face i have seen. He has this pointy mustache that is kinda weird but fits him. I look into his eyes and oh my god they are the most clear crystal blue i have ever seen. i am completely hypnotized. I can't look away.
"félagi(mate)" He says softly.
"What" I ask him.
"Never mind about that. i will tell you later. Welcome to Lazytown. I am Sportacus #10." He tell me.
"Hi. I am sorry i socked you" I say. "Sportacus what an unusual name. Don't get me wrong i like it. But never have i heard it before."
"It's ok not many people have. I come from an island up north. we all have unusual names. But yours fit you to a tee. You truly are as beautiful as a Rose."
"Thank you at least someone thinks so" the last part under my breath.
"I want to begin my speech" a voice yells breaking our bubble. i forgot about all the people around us. I start to blush a bit.
"We can talk later if you want" He asked me.
"that sounds wonderful"
all in all this was a wonderful way to be welcomed to lazytown.
