A/N (part 2): Hi everyone. 2019 Katy here. Everything aside from this author's note right here has been untouched, sane goes for the other old things I posted. Basically, everything else below this was unfortunately typed by my thirteen year old self so um it's very bad and you can clearly see I was new to all this. One day I might rewrite this bc it's not a bad idea but um? I was barely thirteen. So. It sucks.

Link's POV
I told her to come and meet me in the garden this afternoon. Actually, I had been here all day thinking anxiously, and waiting somewhat impatiently for her arrival. This garden is a place where a lot of cherished memories were created between her and I, and I just thought this would be the right place to finally tell her what I feel.
It's a perfect day, too, almost as if Hylia blessed this day with her eternal kindness just so I could tell Zelda everything I felt for her. I look towards the heavens, watching the puffy, white clouds drift by in the crystal clear blue sky, then sighed and looked downwards once more.
My hands were tightly held together, and were becoming moist from the sweat from my nervousness. It seemed easy at first though; I felt so confident when I asked Zelda to met me here earlier today. Now I'm a nervous wreck.
But I'll have to get it out one day, and it's this day, I suppose. I had to think of the perfect way to tell her. It shouldn't be too abrupt, or what would seem too odd to her. It has to be perfect.
I kept twiddling my fingers together in nervousness for about five minutes, and then decided to just practice what I'll say to her. She said she'd come around noon, and it was already fifteen minutes until noon. Well, another thing to make me nervous.

Zelda's POV
Link told me to come to the garden in the castle, our favorite place to spend time together. Impa at first disapproved of Link casually hanging out with me, the princess, but as the years went by and she finally acknowledged our friendship, her scolding died down into nothing but smiles.
I walk slowly down the corridors of the castle, making my way closer and closer to the entrance to the garden. Link did seem very boastful when he asked me to come here at noon, wearing a broad smile on his face the whole time he tried to coax me into coming.
Without a second thought, I agreed to come to the garden at noon to meet him then. He seemed realy pumped after I accepted his request, and ran off towards the castle the minute I agreed.
