A/N: Hey surprisingly I didn't write an author's note at the beginning of this one. But anyways! This is my least favorite one! It sucks! It's very stupid! I could've done much better with it! But sadly, I was a little BITCH.
THIS was published on August 22, 2016. I actually published this a few months earlier than that, but some stuff happened and haha... yeah....... bad times..... so I deleted it for a while and sadly put it back up. This sucks. I hope it's tolerable
Sadly this one had 350 reads, 23 votes 'c and 32 comments at the time of unpublishing. It deserved None of That.

Her fingers twitched whilst she laid on the grounds of the Sacred Temple. Sweat dribbled down her pale forehead, her body feeling heated up more than ever now, even though bitterness lingered in the air entering the ruins of the temple.
She was speechless at what she was staring so emotionlessly at. Blood was everywhere, staining the once green plants and ground with its frightening deep red color that sent chills down her spine. The smell of the blood that had once belonged to her people was very unpleasant for her, making her gag once.
But above all else, all she could do was just stare at him. The person she had loved so dearly, with all her heart. The man who's smile was so contagious that she couldn't help smiling along with him. The man who gave her courage and told her such sweet things that comforted her when she was angry or sad.
And now he's here, right in front of her eyes, laying against a bloodied rock lifelessly. Finally, courage suddenly swept over her and she began to take small and delicate steps towards the body.
Never before had she ever felt such a pain cling at her heart, and mess with her insides making her emotions skyrocket. She knelt down next to the lifeless body and felt a warm substance touch her pale cheeks. She touched the warmth on her cheek, to feel a single drop of liquid stained there. Crying? She had never cried before.
Tears were trying to escape her eyes and roll gently down her cheeks, but she refused to let that happen at a time like this. Carefully, she dug her hands underneath the man's body and lifted him into her arms.
Cradling him in her arms, she finally allowed a few tears to escape her lovely blue eyes and fall onto the man's green and bloodied tunic.
Her flowing blonde hair was tangled up everywhere from the ferocious wind, now strands of it were falling into her eyes. She closed her eyes tightly, letting one more tear of pure regret and sadness.
"Link..."
She screamed in fear when her body shot up from the cold ancient grounds. She began to hyperventilate over at what she was forced to witness, her eyes traveling all over the cold and ancient room she was once sleeping in. And then she broke down into tears.
She was scared out of her mind. That person she saw in her dream looked almost exactly the same as her best friend...her Link. But it was a different Link. Nonetheless, she couldn't bear the pain she had to witness.
Her cries grew louder, until they eventually woke up the person sleeping a few feet away from her. He boosted up from his sleeping position and looked her straight in the eyes. Worry was washed over his striking blue eyes. He began to scoot a few inches closer to his best friend with the golden blonde hair.
"L-Link..." the blonde choked out in between her sobs. She wiped her eyes clean of some tears, trying to find her voice again. "I-I didn't mean to wake you up-"
His finger was gently placed over her small pink lips. As her breaths began to die down back to normal breathing, his finger left her lips.
"It's alright, Zel," he said, his voice low and soft, comforting her with every second he was awake now.
