Good Dates and Diner Plates

It was 4 o'clock .

I had just woke up and felt really good. I had a bandage on my cheek and some kind of ointment on the other. My mother mustve put it on when I was sleeping. She's really good at that kind of stuff ,she's actually a doctor at St. Westside Hospital. Unlike other doctors who have to work 24 seven my mom gets to take off whenever because The doctors that do work 24/7 always take over when she leaves. she makes 250$ an hour. Your probably wondering why we dont have a fancy house like Zachary ,well its because my mom doesn't want me to grow up and think that everything in life is easy. Plus she didn't think we needed that big of a house. I yawned a great big yawn and slid my leg over the edge of my bed. I put the other the leg over the bed and stood up. A note was left on my dresser.

Dinner at 6 hurry and get dressed.Be ready by 5 because it takes about an hour to get there. We will be downsrairs and I hope you are feeling better !! - Momma

oh shit i totally forgot about that. I rushed to my dresser and pulled out a bra and matching panties. I went into my bathroom and turned on the water to the shower. after a good five minutes tthe water was finally warm. I stripped out of my clothes aqnd literrally jumped into the shower.

Scrubbing my body clean, i washed allover using my Bath and Body Works Midnight Rush shower gel.after rincing myself off i , i heard my mom yelling at my older brother.

Oh yea did i forget to tell you guuys about my darling brother. Well hes older than me by two years making him 17. Hes a freaking pain in the butt and is always in my buisness. He actually would have told on me about that party but luckly he was at his friends house. He never lets me hang out with boys unless my perents know about it. I honestly hate it.

anyway, im still confused as of why we are even going to dinner. I mean its not like me and Zach are dating. Plus , my dad is actually not freaking out at the fact that i slept over at a guys house. If only he knew how much of a player he was. I put on my undergarments and went back into my room. Locking my door to my bedroom i glanced at the clock. It was 4:23 p.m, 40 more minutes. Going to my closet i lokked thorugh. I dont have many dresses but i found the perfect one that i didnt even knoe i owned. It was a pink flowy dress that had HUGE white bow in the back. at the bottom was lace and small bows, that really complemented the whole bow look of the dress. They were spegettii strapped so i found a white cardigan to match. After i put my outfit on I grabbed my phone and headed back to my bathroom. Turning on my music from spotify i turned on my playlist. Black Widow by Iggy came on and i was jamming. I opened my drawer that held my makeup and turned on my straightners that was already on my my countertop. I quickly did wing with my liquid eyeliner and put two coats of mascara. I brushed my teeth and after that put my Pink Poppin BabyLips on.Then i took my bandage off to only see a small scratch. After that my straighter was ready to go. Putting on my dry shampoo Va Va Voom by Nicki Manaj came on. I put heat protector on then Straightened most of my hair. To top it off I put on a pink bow that matched my dress perfectly. I then turned to my phone and took a couple selfies. I looked at the time and it was 4:48. I ran out my bathroom , slid into my white flats and stomped downstairs.

"Its about time, I thought you were still asleep. I was about to go get you.", my mom said smiling. I looked at my family and boy were they looking good. My brother was wearing dark wash jeans and a button up green shirt matching my dad, who was wearing the same thing only he had a red shirt instead of green. My mom wa swearing a Flowy shirt with Bootcut jeans. Her hair was curled to perfection!

" should of woke her up with a bucket of ice water", my brother murmered. I hit him on the shoulder. " oww that hurt soo much ", he said sarcasticly . I just rolled my eyes. "ok lets head to the car", my dad said. I grabbed my purse off the couch and put my phone and wallet inside. Then I headed for the door. I slid into the backseat following me was my brother. They turned on the radio and Dark Horse By Katy Perry played. After about 30 minutes in the car we made it to Zacharys place. My family had shocked expressions. " Yea. I kNow",I said getting out the car while they sat there in awe.

i knocked on the door and it opened right away. Zachary was there , wearing a a button up shirt and a tie. "hey", I said smiling. "hey, you look beautiful", he said. "thank you", i said blushing like a tomatoe. he moved out of the way and let me step in. "Go to the kitchen , im going to wait for your perents", he said smiling. Oh he was so cute...... wait never mind. I headed towards the kitchen and zachary's uncle, aunt, and little sister were all sitting down at the table. Hello", I said smiling at each one. They all smiled back. "Nice to see you again Renea", Mrs. Rechar said. "Hiyee Bubbys Girlfriend", she said and came to hug me. I just giggled and blushed alittle. Mrs. Rechar smiled and winked at me.

"..... And actually they won 4 games in a row!". My dad and Zachary were probably talking about the football teams that they love."I see you to have become good friends", I said rolling my eyes. "yep I approve of this boyfriend of yours", my dad said with thumbs up. "we aren't dating", I said . Zachary turned to me and we had to long stare we both blushed and smiled. "can y'all stop the lovey-dovey and get to the table so we can eat", Zach's uncle Mr. Rechar said. "Nice to meet you " , my dad said to his uncle. We all greeted each other up and sat down at the table." So when did you guys meet", My dad said facing Zachary. " Um.. about a week ago ", he replied

"So how did he ask out", my mom said obviously being as nozy as possible

" We aren't dating", I said for the hundredth time today. " Well I think you should", said Zachary's little sister. Everyone mumbled in agreement. Zach bit his lip and gave me a flirty glare . I looked back with a smirk .we just stared until his uncle coughed , alright you two love birds , shall we eat!"

We all had a good conversation about life and things like that but me and Zachary weren't really paying attention to the talk , we were focused on each other.

"Well thank you for the food ", my perents said to the Rechar couple. "No problem at all". we said our last goodbyes for the night . As we headed out the door Zachary stopped me. "May I talk to you in private really quick . "

"Um ... sure".

My mom winked at me while my dad rose his eyebrows . I just rolled my eyes and followed Zach . We ended up in his room and he shut the door .

He just looked at me dead in the eyes . I stared straight back . I couldn't break the stare .

He leaned into me . I closed my eyes, Then I felt his plump lips settle onto mine and his hands hold my waist . I rose my arms around his neck and kissed back. it felt so great . Sparks were flying all around the room. my heart was beating so fast . My first kiss and it was amazing .

We released our lips and just stared once again .

"Renea , will you be my girlfriend ?"
