11 ~ the plan

Zoe's POV

"I understand your sister is after you and all but I fear that there is someone else that wants you dead "

Those words I have been  repeating in my mind over and over. It's 1am in the morning, I've been up all night. Those words kept me up, I've been tossing and turning all night. Those words hunting me

Knowing that someone so close to me wants me dead frightens me, even though I don't know who they are.

But that's what scares me scared the most. A person so close to me wants me dead and are hurting my closes friends. I don't know who wants me dead or what I've done to them

But I can't get the memory out of my head. The memory when I saw that awful letters

Flashback

"I understand that your sister is after you and all that but I fear that someone else wants you dead " my aunt says with concern on her face

I stood there frozen hot knowing what to say. It's bad enough that my sister wants me and now I got someone else after me.

Just then Matthew walked in with something in his arms , or should I say someone. In Matthews arms now laid a hurt Hayden

She was unconscious and blood on her head were it looked like she had been hit by a powerful force

"I found her in  her house, with the living room crushed and some stuff on fire" Matthew says

"I went to go check up in her knowing that her parents were away on a business trip but when I got there I found her on the floor like this " he says as Hayden still laid there lifeless in his arms

"I also found this near her body " he says handing us a piece of paper on it, it said....

I told you people that are close to you. Next time it will be worse

"wait I don't understand I thought that when they said 'people close to you ' I thought that it meant someone close to you is after you

"what do you mean " Matthew says, I forgot that he wasn't  hear when we read the letter

Before I could answer him my aunt beats me to it

"Zoe got a letter saying that someone close to her is after her. But I guess what it meant was that someone close to her is after the people close to her " she says
I still stood frozen looking at her body. I cant do this 

"Zoe are you OK " Stacy says to me

The tears that I've been trying to hold back in my eyes start coming out

"I'm sorry guys I can't do this,  I can't. I just started to learn what I can do with my powers and, when I was starting to get use to all of this, and now they are hurting the people close to me. I'm sorry but I can't do this, who knows who this person is of who they're going to hurt again" I say

"I will continue training but I'm not going drag anyone close to me  into this mess, it's my war to fight not any of yours. I'm sorry I put all of you in this position. " I say running upstairs

I can't stay hear any more. I was thinking of packing my bags and leaving but then Matthews who I didn't see follow me upstairs, hugged me

" don't worry Zoe we won't let anyone else get hurt"
he says well rubbing my back

Flashback over

So hear I am still in my room. I was still thinking should I leave. My bags a packed and all sitting in the corner of my room.

Still thinking I feel my eyes get heavy and they started to close

I woke up in the morning the sun shining through my window and onto my face

As j got out of bed I could hear voices downstairs. As I went down stairs the voices got louder and they started to get familiar, and I new exactly who's voice it was taking at that moment

"Hayden?oh my gosh Hayden your OK " I say running up to her and hugging her

"I missed you too"she says hugging me back. I looked around the room to see that everyone was there my aunt, Stacy, Matthew and Hayden and I stared wondering what they where doing up so early

"good your awake. And still hear at least " my aunt says and she says the last sentence a little soft. I then started getting confused

"is there something going on " I say as I take a seat next to Stacy

"yes and it's good that your hear. Well you went up stairs we saw how sad you where of what happened to Hayden and we new you couldn't take the pain of someone else getting hurt we decide to come up with a plan to keep everyone close to you safe

First of all we are all going to have to stay together and we can't separate. After we all saw what happened to Hayden we don't want a repeat, so we are all going to be staying in my house for now. Each one will take a guest room and since there are only two guest rooms Hayden and Stacy will be staying  in one room

We all need to be protected and since what happened to Hayden we need someone by her side because she hasn't been trained. And speaking of training you Zoe will continue your training and will also help Hayden in that time.

And for now Stacy will try and find the person who keeps on sending the messages and me and Matthew will go to Hayden's house to see if we can find more clues and you and Hayden will start on you'll training so long together. "My aunt says finishing her speech to me

Before I can say anything they are all out of the living room. Stacy went upstairs to her room to start try and finding the person and my aunt and Matthew went to Hayden's house well me and Hayden were still on the couch

" so shall we get to work " Hayden says

Hey guys so I was thinking about changing the title of the book to A way back. But I don't have a cover and I'm not sure if you'll will like me changing the title or not. So if you think it's cool to change the title to A way back please comment and tell me if you like it and if not please give me more ideas for what the title can be

And also if you like the title A way back and if you don't mind can any of you please make me a cover with that title.

And sorry for not updating on my phone. I was kinda busy and I also got distracted with everything happening at home
