It's not as easy as it seems!

"Isaac?" I say looking down at my shoe laces "yeah?" He asks sitting down next to me "have you ever loved someone so much but then later you have to let go?" I ask rubbing a bump on my head he looks at me "Yeah it hurts real bad...why?" He asks squinting from the light of the sun "because I have to let go if Jeffrey...if we're going to be adopted we can't date and it hurts a lot to even say the words letting Jeffrey go😔" I say to Isaac "oh?" "But you know I'm always here for you I just met you but I really like you...Ar" he says locking eyes with me which makes me look away his eyes are blue... Just like Jeffrey's. "I like you too Isaac but as a friend you know?" I saw looking over my shoulder towards him he nodded and grinned he put his index finger in the air meaning for me to wait he ran home and moments later he came back with a skateboard "here follow me I'll take you to my getaway go-to place" he said I pause and think for a moment he's halfway across the sidewalk "why not?" I say to myself shrugging.

"This is beautiful!" I yell to him it's a green hill with a beautiful view of the lake and ducks and butterfly's and dragonflies and the sky is orange pink and blue. We start walking up the hill which is hard I trip on a pebble (I know I know "seriously Ari a freaking pebble") I grabbed on to Isaac's hand and he turned my way and smirked and said "I knew you'd come around!" "I tripped okay?" I said letting go of his hand.

We made it to the top and there were flowers and bees but it didn't bother me bees are harmless unless you mess with them. I took a deep breath it felt so nice to be up here "how'd you find this place?" I ask playing with a rose next to me "I just did. I was in the same situation as you and I walked and walked and I saw a hill with dead grass and Mosquitos and moths and weeds and water and it seemed like the hill was screaming for help so since then 4 years ago I have been taking care of this area so I come here every weekend and on valentines day:/" he said to me I turned to face him surprised he did this himself "wow!" I said sounding like a 6 year old at an aquarium "ye-" he said turning to me, he paused in awe "what?" I asked my eyebrows furrowed "is there something on my face?" I asked again "No you're just beautiful!" "Thanks but-" "but nothing! You're beautiful and that's that!" "You know as much as I like you Isaac it's not as easy as it seems I just broke up with the love of my life I can't right now I just hope you underst-" he interrupted me with a kiss on the cheek "I understand completely don't worry just brotherly love" he says smiling "well brotherly love is how it all starts" he said again "what do you mean?" I ask confused "never mind" he says smirking "uhm okay?..." I say lost still trying to figure out what he's trying to say
