Authors note: As you may have noticed my first chapter was very short, don't worry I know. This second chapter is about how Sean is living life after the death of Max. This chapter is longer I assure you.

"Buzz" that was the alarm clearly stating that my session was finished with the councillor. After hearing her blab on about how everything wasn't my fault I was glad it had finished, even though going back to class wasn't any better. Walking through the same old door everyday with the same old people was just uncomfortable. They would always stare at me and sometimes I would just want to scream at them 'Take a picture why don't you it'll last longer!' Except in the end I don't I just keep quiet and walk to the back right hand corner where I would just wallow in my sad, depressing, joke of a life. People would always tell me 'Focus on the good things in life and enjoy them' except the sad truth was there weren't any. I was to blame for my best friends death. No matter how many people tell me it wasn't my fault makes me believe it even more so.
"Sean, Sean" it was Mrs Clarke. "Oh hello Miss". "Falling asleep isn't exactly what English is for Sean" she said in the nicest way possible. "Sorry Miss" I replied in between a yawn. "How about we compromise on just doing some reading instead if you're tired?" "ok."
After what felt like forever the double period of English finished and it was time for lunch. As usual I would walk to my stinking locker and grab my canteen money. I never used to get canteen money but since the incident with Max my mother decided she would give it to me since it brightens the mood the tiniest bit when I have good food in my mouth. Also I do have a fast metabolism so it doesn't matter what I eat. Then again I don't really give a rats ass what my diet is like.
After getting my lunch, a souvlaki wrap. I walked over to the bench next to classroom 23 where I normally sit. I like it here. In year 7 Max and I would sit and eat our lunch here with our dorky lunch boxes. Those are the only memories I have of him in high school. It's peaceful in this area. I just sit think and sometimes watch the guys from my football team play markers up on the oval. Everyday right about half way through lunch Jake Treason would come up to me and ask " Oi Sean fancy a game of markers up today man?" and then I would always reply "Nah mate maybe another day." Siting by myself never made me feel lonely I would always feel right in my place thinking this is where I belong. Then again sometimes I think not because Max also belonged here.
I had been watching Jake and the others play Markers up for a few minutes after Jake came over and asked me to play. Scott Rose was kicking the ball into the crowd of year 8 boys until something strange happened. It looked like a new kid had joined them and this kid looked almost Identical to Max. It was the most bazaar thing. I thought I was seeing stuff but I wasn't this was real I was almost positive of it. Then out of the blue he waved at me and asked me with his hand to come join them. I didn't know what to do.
