After the Show~Rye Beaumont

Twenty six

Ella

It was the day before Soph's birthday and we had got everything planned. We just needed to pick up the cake on the day. I walked downstairs and sat down at the table. Isla came down with some water and sat opposite me. She stared into my eyes for a really long time and took a sip of her water when I spoke.

Ella-"You're staring into my soul!"

Instead of replying she laughed and accidentally spat some of her water out. She got up coughing but still laughing. Andy and Soph walked in and just stared at Isla. Just a bit after Ava walked in followed by Rye.

Soph-"What the hell happened to you?"

Ella-"She accidentally spat her water out while laughing."

Ava-"God, she's so stupid sometimes."

Isla-"You know instead of talking about me you could get me a tissue."

Andy-"Oh Yeah, Sorry." He went over and got some tissues for Isla and paper towels for the water in the table.

Rye-"I'm so confused. Why was she laughing in the first place?"

Ella-"I said she was staring into my soul. That's all."

Rye just hummed in response and we all headed to the cinema room to watch a film.
