The Beginning of Something New...

Chapter 4- The Bedroom

His room is spacious but there is only one bed. Jin is in the bathroom taking a shower. You can hear him singing 'Fake Love'. You decide that when he comes out, you will offer to sleep on the floor. You are already in your PJs. You lie on the bed for a bit, tired but happy. This time alone lets you think about how unreal this day has been. Your thoughts get interrupted when a bright light emerges and from it comes steam. Jin must've had a hot shower. He comes out in his PJs with a towel wrapped around his head.

"Tired?" He asks. You nod, shy because he looks so adorable in PJs.

"Thank you for today...You must be tired as well so I'll sleep on the floor" You respond.

Jin looks a bit lost, like he hadn't thought of the sleeping arrangement before. Then he clears his throat and replies, "The guest gets the bed."

You stand up from his bed and push him onto it. "No! You deserve it!"

He chuckles, and unexpectedly, he grabs your legs and pulls them onto the bed, making you fall on the soft, double bed. "Well, then...I guess we could share..." Jin sighs with laughter.

Awkwardly, you both lie on the bed, side by side staring up at the ceiling in silence. You then turn to him and he looks at you in the eye. Slowly, he puts his arms around you and you do the same, wrapping him in an embrace. Just like at the lake, you curl up into a ball and he covers you in the duvet. "Burrito" he blurts out. Jin really loves food. "My burrito." He whispers as you two both snuggle up under the blanket. You felt warm and cozy as he kissed your forehead and you fell asleep...

Sun rays seep their light into your eyelid as you flutter your eyes open. The first thing you see is Jin sleeping as calm as a baby. You stroke his hair and then slide your hand down to his cheeks.

"Y/N..." You hear him mumble. You think he is awake but soon you realise he's just sleep talking. "How should I tell her? I can't just say I love her...she might not love me back...oh Y/N please don't leave me...no...no...no..." His voice sounds strained, scared. You don't know if you should wake him up. "B-but I...love...you...Y/N" he whimpers. You notice tears begin to stream down his face. You wipe them off with you fingers as you whisper in his ear: "It's okay...I'm here..."

Jin's eyes slowly open, hazy from the tears at first. He asks what happened so you just replied "I think you had a bad dream."

You both stay in bed a little longer, legs intertwined and arms locked around each other. You can't help but think of what he said in his dream. Does he really love you?

During breakfast, Jimin and Jungkook look at the two of you with dirty looks. They must've thought that something else also happened last night. Namjoon, realising the awkwardness, cleared his throat and said, "What does everyone want to do today?". All 7 of their eyes dart towards you.

"Um...we could...go somewhere nice??" You offer, unsure of what they had in mind.

Everyone agrees and begins planning good sights around here (Japan). They also explain why they're in Japan.

"Because there was too many memories of us in South Korea. In western areas, we would stand out. So we decided to have a holiday house here. We all thought we'd meet up since Jungkook is back for a bit." says Yoongi.

All of you pack a backpack full of snacks and other items for the journey as you set off on this adventure with your new friends...or even second-family...
