A moment

Let's take a moment to think

About everyone before us and a

Moment for everyone who will be

Let's take a moment to appreciate them

We need to live in the here and now

But we can't let the past be forgotten

We can't let all their work be forgotten

We can't let those lives be in vain

We can't let those who will come after

Forget the hardships of the past

Because it will become their present

We must protect the future

So let's take a moment

To remember

And to thank

All those that made sure you knew
