"I just... I can't believe she didn't come back." Mike says.

"She's gotta be close." Dustin points out.

"She said it wasn't safe. She just messed up the compasses because she wanted to protect us. She didn't betray us." Mike rants.

"Mike, calm down." I say.

"I shouldn't have yelled at her. I never should've done that." Mike continues.

"Mike, this isn't your fault." I assure him.

"Yeah, it's Lucas'." Mike sneers.

"It wasn't his fault either." I state.

Mike pauses, then glares at me. "It wasn't his fault?"

"Nope." I reply.

"So you're saying he wasn't way out of line?" Mike accuses.

"Totally, but so were you!" I chide.

"What?" Mike shouts.

"And so was Eleven!" I continue.

"Oh, give me a break!" Mike exclaims.

"No, Mike, you give me a break! All 3 of you were being a bunch of little assholes! Dustin and I were the only reasonable ones!" I yell.

"Thank you! The bottom line is... you pushed first. And you know the rule. You draw first blood..." Dustin intervenes.

Mike steps back from us and shakes his head. "No! No way! I'm not shaking his hand."

"You're shaking his hand!" I yell.

"No, I'm not!" Mike yells back.

"This isn't a discussion. This is the rule of law. Obey, or be banished from the party. Do you wanna be banished?" Dustin proclaims.

"No." Mike sighs.

"Good." Dustin walks over to the chair and grabs his coat and bag.

"Where are we going?" Mike demands.

"Where do you think? We're going to get Lucas. And then we're gonna find Eleven." Dustin tosses my bag to me, and Mike's to him.

We ring Lucas' doorbell, hoping that he opens up. After a minute of waiting, the door opens. Lucas stands there, his hands on his hips. "What do you want?"

There's silence, and I shove Mike. He glares at me, then turns his gaze back to Lucas.

"I drew first blood, so..." Mike reaches his hand out to Lucas. Lucas just stares at it.

"Come inside."

We follow him into his house. Lucas paces in front of his fireplace, his thumbs in his pockets.

"Okay. I'll shake." Lucas declares.

Mike sticks his hand out.

"On one condition. We forget the weirdo and go straight to the gate." Lucas adds.

"Then the deal's off." Mike says.

"Fine!" Lucas yells, throwing his hands up.

"Fine!" Mike mocks.

"No, no, not fine!" I intervene.

"Guys, seriously?" Dustin grabs Mike's shoulder. "Do you even remember what happened on the Bloodstone Pass?"

Mike looks at Lucas and shrugs. Dustin looks at both of them with shock.

"We couldn't agree on what path to take, so we split up the party and those trolls took us out one by one. And it all went to shit. And we were all disabled! So we stick together, no matter what!" Dustin explained.
