Chapter 13 •Reality•

I fluttered my eyes open looking around. I noticed I was in a white room that seemed to go on forever.

I groaned getting up rubbing my head "hello!" I called out.

No answer

The only sound I could hear was my own breathing. I started to panic "anyone please! What is going on!"

Maybe if I run I will find a way out! I started to run for a good 30 minutes before looking around. This place seemed to go on forever and ever.

I huffed and sat down holding my knees completely out of breath. "Anyone please!" I pleaded putting my head in lap.

Soon after I felt a presence sit by me and I looked up and saw Kat. "Kat!" I screamed hugging her.

"Whoa niall!" She laughed but I couldn't help it. I pulled away from the hug standing up. "What's going on?"

She sighed standing up "well Niall your in between life and death."

"What???" I questioned clearing confused.

"Niall the life you just lived in was fake!" She said.

"So I wasn't really married to Liam?"

"No Niall that would've been your life if Zayn had never been the man of the moon."

I scratched my head "but- but you weren't there."

"That's because you wouldn't have known me or Eleanor."

"Can you explain this to me all of it!" I said still not getting it.

"Niall Eleanor was a imagination, of course you saw Eleanor because you loved her so your mind made you see her but it was me all along." She said looking at me.

"So in the life where I was married to Liam my mind made me think it was Eleanor but it was really you!" I explained and she nodded.

"But how is that possible I thought I jumped? And Liam killed them and went to my grave!" I said rambling.

She laughed "Niall I made you imagine that."

"So what's the real truth?" I asked.

She smiled "the real truth is that Eleanor did run like you told her and you did fight all of them blah blah blah but Liam didn't kill anyone once you jumped and you don't have a grave. Liam drove off once you got out of the car trying to go get help and I died as you can see."

"Wait!" I said realizing what she said "you said I don't have a grave but that can't be right I'm dead.."

She smirked walking to me in her white dress. That's when I noticed she was a angel.

"Bye Niall." She said hugging me "thanks for keeping your promise."

She pulled away from the hug and smiled.

"Time to go back to reality."

"Reality?" I said not getting it.

Soon she started getting farther and farther away from me.

"Wait! What do you mean? What's going on!" I yelled but all she did was wave me goodbye

I looked around and noticed everything was moving so fast but I wasn't moving at all.

Time for me to go back to reality? But what was my reality. Then everything stopped and I froze looking around.

What? I looked around still in the white room. I walked away from my spot seeing a bright light. I inched closer to the bright light trying to figure out what it was.

Once I got there I put my hand in front of my face because it was so bright and really windy.

"Let's do this Niall." I said to my self walking in trying to fight the wind. Once I was in a flash appeared and I was out like a light.

*Birds Chirping*

I fluttered my eyes open feeling my waist down wet. Oh man did I pee my self again?

I looked down and noticed half of my body was in the river still. Wait the river? I looked around and noticed I am back to where I was when I jumped. The river water splashed around my waist as I put my head up trying to see what's going on.

I looked up blinking seeing Nate,Zayn, and Louis looking down from the bridge trying to find me. "So I didn't die." I mumbled to myself pulling my waist and down out of the river. I some how made it to the river bank.

I plopped on the grass hearing the sirens coming. I graved a hand full of grass realizing this was my reality. I didn't die I survived.

Shit! What am I going to do now? I got up all soaking wet walking away from the scene.

Everytime I walked my shoes would squeak. "Shh!" I said talking to my shoes. I went to the Forrest below and headed in.

I looked around thinking that I'm alone in this now and my only option is to find Eleanor or Liam.

Wait....

"Where is my ducky?"

I am walking on the side of the road hitch hiking place to place. I am tired, I haven't ate and thirsty.

I put my thumb out looking down waiting for a car to come. Soon a car horn beeped at me and I stopped walking making the car pull up beside me.

"Niall Horan." The voice spoke and I looked up shitting myself. It was a cop car.

The cop got out "Niall Horan I'm going to need you to come with me."

"Oh shit."
