This one is suggested by ItismeMads and I hope this story lives up to your expectations. It's a bit long, be warned.

(Y/N POV)

I'd been strolling around the outskirts of my quaint little village. I never did like it in there. I'd always longed for the adventure and thrill of being in the open. I've been practicing my spear techniques and my knife throwing (these are the weapons because... They are. Just go with it). But Mama is to afraid to let me go. She said Papa had that sort of spirit, always wanting to run and to be wild. Loved to adventure, she said. But on one of his quests he 'got lost' as Mama said and never came back. She doesn't want the same fate for me. But that doesn't stop my attempts to escape the village.

I was fiddling with one of my daggers and walking closer to my throwing post outside the woods. I pulled my patched dress over my head to show that I had a dark (F/C) tank top, black leggings, and light brown sandals. I taught myself how to throw knifes, but my techniques weren't the best. Well, no one was here to correct me, so I continued to throw aimlessly at the post while I basked in the fantasies of adventure. I'd like to think I'm strong, but that would be biffing it a bit. Sure, I can punch someone pretty hard but that doesn't mean I can take on dark forces like those said in the legends.

Suddenly, a large red ChuChu lept in front of the post. I yipped a bit and started back in fear. It blank eyes ripped at my soul as it slowly inched forward. I panicked and threw a knife at it quickly only for it to be dodged. I started backing away quickly. I didn't run though, I was so naive. I thought there was a chance I could still put a hurt on it. But any chance of me looking badass as hell in front of my own village was demolished when a young boy quickly jumped at it, tackling it from the side and slashed at it with his sword. His bright blonde hair glisten in the high sun and his worn down green tunic gave me a few chills.

I just chickened out in front of the hero because of a ChuChu. Nice going Y/N.

Soon, utterly identical boys clad in different colors ran up to him.

Oh goody, more heroes. Wonderful.

"Nice, some ChuChu jelly," Mr. Tackler said, standing up and dusting off his tunic. He took a vile and scooped up the jelly and stored it away. "Nice job Green!" The one in red clapped excitedly, bouncing on his feet a bit. "Oh please. I would've done better than that phony!" the blue one said, poking his thumb into his chest. "You're bluffing, Blue," the purple one said quietly, staring down at him. 'Blue' rolled his eyes.

"U-um," I murmured, "I could've finished the ChuChu myself." "Don't be ridiculous," the purple one said, walking towards me. My heart pumped a little quicker, almost like a leap. "The name's Vio, by the way." He held out his hand for me to grab on to, and I took it with minor hesitation. My face feels warm. "These are sort of like my brothers. Green,  Red, and Blue. I'm sure you can figure out who the names correspond with."

My inner smartass was quick to seize my tongue. "Ah yes," I said sarcastically, pointing to Green, "So this one's Red, right?" "No silly! I'm Red!" Red squeaked, beaming at me. "Oh, oops," I said, shrugging a bit. My face suddenly dropped. The four boys looked at me.

"Did I make you sad? I'm sorry!" Red said quickly. I turned my back. "Nice to meet you four. I should probably head home now. Mama's probably worried." I felt my sorrows and disappointment press on my shoulders. Suddenly, a hand grabbed mine. I turned my head to see Vio clasping lightly on my hand.

(Vio's POV)

I grabbed her hand as she turned her back. I don't know what overcame me, but it would let me leave her. My stomach lurched when she turned her gaze to me. I knew I'd messed up
