The game started and both student sections immediately went wild.

It was now 4th quarter and it was 52-57 and we were up.

K- LETS GO DEMONS

Anthony got the ball and dribbled down the court and then passed it to this guy but this guy on the other team stole it and made a 3. Anthony got the ball again and then made a shot.

There was now 30 seconds left and we were up by 5 and Anthony was guarding the point guard and then the guy ran and pushed Anthony down and I saw Anthony hit is head and then grabb his arm. There was a lot of yelling and gasps and then the coach ran on along with the managers and then Tony walked over to them. They talked and then we heard sirens and two paramedics run in with a stretcher

K- what the hell is going on
??- are you going to go out there since you guys are dating

I looked who said it and it was a girl that was a junior and so I ignored her and turned around.

??- how does it feel to be dating your dead best friends boyfriend
??- or are you guys friends with benefits

They lifted him and he must of past out because he wasn't awake. They rolled him out and Tony and Cinda left.

K- I'm going I can't stand this

I got up and Ellie followed me and they were loading him in the ambulance.

Ci- we're going to the emergency room here
K- ok I'll meet you there

They left and we got in the car and I quickly drove to the E.R. and we ran in.

K- hi can I'm looking for Anthony Trujillo
Nurse- yeah he's the one that just came in
K- ok what's wrong with him. Is he ok?
Nurse- I'm sorry I don't have any information and even if I did I couldn't tell you

I rolled my eyes and then I looked at Ellie and I went and sat down on one of the chairs. I eyes started watering and I started fidgeting with my hands.

E- Kourtney he's going to be fine
K- we don't know that yet Ellie

She rubbed my back and then my mom came in and I started crying and covering my face.

Mo- is he ok. What happened?
K- we...don't...know...yet

I said between breaths

K- they can't even tell me any fucking thing
Mo- ok calm down

I took big breaths and I started calming down.

K- I just don't know what to do
E- about what's happening right now or what's going on with you and Anthony
K- both
Mo- what's happening
K- nothing mom
Mo- ok but you can tell me anything
K- I know I just don't know

She nodded and then my dad walked over to us and Cinda and Tony both walked over to us

K- is he ok
Ci- yes he just passed out and dislocated his shoulder but he's asking for you so we can all go in.
K- thank god
T- tell me about it

We followed Cinda and Tony into a room and Anthony was sitting with a sling on and he smiled when he saw us.

Mo- how are you feeling?
A- I'm good now that I got some pain medication.
E- that's good how long is recovery
T- they said it takes time but if he's showing improvement he can play basketball after 6 weeks
A- is Chance and Jake coming and did we win
Mo- yes you guys won

We laughed

K- oh Chance just texted me that they were here

Chance🏀- we just got to the emergency room?? xo
