"i heard you guys met," seungkwan lifted a cup of tea up to his mouth and looked at mingyu with a smirk.
"well we had to," mingyu said looking at his phone. he was waiting for a text come in...
"yeah duh, how was it?" seungkwan asked then took a sip from his tea.
"pretty good, seems like a nice person," seungkwan nodded at his words.
"he's a cutie right? too bad he has a boyfriend," seungkwan said. mingyu snapped his neck up as soon as those words left his mouth, he felt his heart drop. boyfriend...?
"i wasn't looking for someone," mingyu said bluntly, this made seungkwan burst into laughter.
"awww. mingyu i was just joking but you seemed pretty bummed," seungkwan muttered the last part. mingyu rolled his eyes at him,"asshole," he replied but clearly seungkwan waved him off.
"listen darling, if you think wonwoo is attractive don't even bother, he's pretty hard to get to...in that way," seungkwan said and mingyu raised a brow at him. how would he know?
"i know because" seungkwan stopped talking,"well honestly it's not my story to tell," he finished saying. mingyu stared at him in amazement, this is the first time seungkwan hasn't spilled someone else's tea.
"yeah, surprisingly i'm not going to tell you," seungkwan shrugged at mingyu. what could it be?
mingyu pondered for a while, he really wants to know what happened why wonwoo isn't attracted to people. wait a minute...is he even into guys?...obviously he is seungkwan wouldn't say he had a boyfriend just to say it!
"let it go mingyu," seungkwan said and then mingyu practically begged him to tell him but he wouldn't give in.
"fine," mingyu stopped and rolled his eyes at his friend,"can't believe you won't tell me," he huffed. seungkwan was pretty amazed on how interested he is in wonwoo. especially since he wasn't the type to beg for someone's past.
"did you help seokmin with his furniture?" seungkwan asked a dazed mingyu. mingyu nodded and gulped down his tea,"relax man," seungkwan snorted.
"can you bring me a small cake next time, i don't appreciate you coming over empty handed," mingyu said trying to change the subject and seungkwan shook his head,"oh! i forgot to ask how you found out about us meeting," he added.
"wonwoo told me," seungkwan replied while typing something on his phone,"i'd love to stay and chat more but you know my fiancé is waiting for me," he said then said. fiancé??
"fiancé? what? when?" mingyu practically jumped up from his seat.
"yeah, i wanted to tell you as soon as a i came in but i wanted to know more about you and wonwoo. look at bling bling," seungkwan shifted closer and lifted his left hand up to mingyu's face.
"congratulations! oh my god i love you guys!" mingyu got up from his seat to hug him. mingyu felt like crying but held in his happy tears; he tends to be sensitive when it comes to any type of big news.
"thank you, we love you too. i better get going darling, it was nice chatting. see you soon?" seungkwan questioned and mingyu nodded excitingly. wow he's really getting married...
"bye bello!" seungkwan walked out the apartment. this is probably the most interesting week mingyu has probably experienced lately.
little does he know it's about to get more interesting...
