                                                                           Chapter Four

Jack POV

Sure enough, the golden lights on the globe, that represents the children in the world, started to extinguish. One by one.

"What the hell!? That Pitch! He is so gonna get it!" Bunnymund flexed his muscles and showed that he was ready for battle.

Okay, let me explain. Our job, the guardians' job, is to protect the children. Give them sweet dreams, protect them from fear. Well, Pitch does the opposite. He wants the children to fear, and he loves it when they had nightmares. He loves fear.

"But I thought that we had banished him already. How come..." I trailed off.

"He received help from a new lieutanant of his. Apparently, the lieutanant has been brainwashed by him," North answered. The elves beside him jingled their bells nervously.

Golden sand flashed on Sandy's head again. He pointed to the moon. He was telling us that we should ask the moon man about the lieutanant. There must be something special about the lieutanant that Pitch chose.

North stood in front of the moon, and asked," Can you tell us?"

Rays of blue coloured light spurted in from the moon and there was a faint figure of a man in the moon. It replied,"She is the chosen one."

It's a she and she is supposed to be the new guardian chosen by the moon man. Damn it, she was misled by Pitch.

"We have to do something,"I said.

"Of course dummy,"Bunnymund cut in.

Out of the blue, black coloured sand started to swirl around the globe.

"Pitch!" I got ready my staff. I am so going to zap him. Yeah.

"Oh hello, guardians. I had never seen you all in such a long time," he said in a cunning voice.

"Hello, Pitch. Where is your so called lieutanant?"North tried to calm down. The elves beside him are now getting ready to throw their bells at Pitch.

"Here she is. Come on out, Elsa," Pitch
