South Africa/ Queen Akosua castle in Angola

I glanced up from the cup of water watching it's contents sway from side to side before looking down to my leg and remaining absolutely still. My eyes shifted into a squint as I flash a glance towards the doors of my throne room.

My men drew their weapons as if in accordance to my thoughts. Without a second to waste the doors burst open and a small group of men marching with their signature red sashes and coordinated outfits stormed it. It could be only one person.

They broke off into subsections uncovering Queen Kamali and halted their steps before her men all bowed as a gesture of respect.

I looked to my men with a slight nod signaling them to stand down while taking a sip of my water then setting it aside to run my hands over my chestnut colored dress that immodestly showed my cleavage and shoulders. As a ruler, I cared nonetheless. "Queen Kamali, to what do I owe the intrusion?" I sit back crossing my right leg over the left gently revealing my slit from the thigh down.

"Intrusion? Don't pretend you aren't happy to see me."

I look her up and down slowly, seeing her hair in a perfectly slicked back long ponytail while wearing her infamous all black riding gear. "Well had you not marched unannounced into my once peaceful castle I might have been more enthusiastic, however you are here, interrupting me."

Queen Kamali rolls her eyes, "All out of love, plus had I stayed away a moment longer your men would have fallen ill of boredom, but all joking manners aside we have to talk."

I scan the room gently, "Clear the room." I say gently as all my men bow before the both of us and take their leave. Kamali's men still stood at attention while they await her command.

"You may leave." She said nodding her head at them. Once the room was empty I reach my hand offering Queen Kamali the king's throne for her to sit. "Please" I say gently sitting up in my throne .

Queen Kamali takes a seat in the throne facing me crossing her legs elegantly, placing her hands on her knee gently. "We have rebels."

I reach over to my cup while glancing at Kamali as I take a sip before gently placing it back on the small table. " As we always do." I gently say as I shift back into my position.

Queen Kamali's face hardens and I could instantly tell their was something larger at play. "Of course it wasn't a problem before, until a group of trained killers attacked my troops and almost had my head."

I raised a brow to the woman and said, "They attacked you? Well rest assured that you are always welcomed to stay here. Me and my men are always at your disposal."

Queen Kamali straightened her back and cleared her throat. "That would be for the best seeing that I am not the only target. They plan not only to subdue you, but to dismantle the whole monarchy in its entirety."

I sat in dismay as I look to Kamali. " God made us to fear no man but himself, I will not succumb to the threats of rebels, despite that this attack will not be taking lightly, what do you suggest we do?"

Kamali held a gaze of indifference as she looked over at me. "A time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace—Ecclesiastes 3:8. This attack is a decree of war and I will not hesitate to rain hell on those who feel it right to besiege us."

I sat up swiftly "War, because of the attack? Have you forgotten who we serve...If we present this to the elders let alone my father it will be irrefutable of the nature of this situation, they will think this is mundane, they would never support it."

"This situation is dire, therefore I think instead of presenting it to the elders we call a meeting with the other kingdoms, these assailants are trained and have the ability to hold their own ground even when being confronted by a queen. We could ask to see if any conflict has been stirring up anywhere else."

I take a moment to run my eyes over the genuine look of worry on her face. "I'm not opposing the idea Kamali, I think it would do us some good to get to know them anyway. I will call a meeting here and there I'll follow your lead."

"Then we should look forward to meeting our guests."

"Likewise, if you'd like to stay and freshen up I have a multitude of rooms..." I say in a soft tone

"Are you asking? This is practically my second home, besides I am not leaving until this meeting is done and over." She said before standing herself up.

"You don't say." she said sarcastically "We need to get the letters out today, I'll have everything set and we will meet in a week."
