Meeting Dom and gang

I was stalking down an alleyway when I noticed a slightly open door and I heard voices. I walked through the door and found out that I am at the top of a garage and there was people talking around a desk. I started walking down the stairs, quietly.

"His name is Hernan Reyes," a blonde-haired guy said.

"Oh God! Why are you guys talking about a bitch like Reyes!?!?!?" I shouted.

Everyone's head jerked up to me and I smirked.

"Who the fuck are you?!" a black guy said.

"The name's Katarina, but I liked to be called Katie," I said as I jumped over the railing and landed on my feet. "Um....who is Dominic Toretto?"

A bald guy walked forward. "Who's asking?"

I looked down. "My mother told me to find someone named Dominic Toretto."

"My name is Dominic Toretto, now what is your name?" He said/asked.

"My name is Katarina Grace..........Katarina Grace Ortiz."

There was a collective gasp from everyone in the room.

"I am Letty Ortiz's daughter and I was sent by her to find my dad." Everyone looked at Dominic, who looked at me the whole time. "She wanted me to find you when I turned 16.....I only found out what happened a few days ago and I couldn't deal with it. So I took everything I had and ran," I said quietly.

I lifted my head up to the top of the stairs and let out a long, low whistle and Crystal came running down and stood next to me.

"Could you please introduce yourselves so I can call you by your names?"

"Dom? Can we really trust her?" The same blonde-haired guy asked.

"We have to Brian. She's Letty's and apparently my daughter." Dom faced me. "This is the team, Brian, Mia, Tej, Roman, Han, and Gisele and Special Agent Luke Hobbs."

At the mention of the last name, I stiffened and Crystal growled lowly. "You have a COP here!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU ALL OUT OF YOUR MINDS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" I screamed.

"This shit just got a lot worse," Roman said.

I looked around frantically, trying to find an exit. "I got to get out of here!!!! You can't take me back there!!!!!!!! I rather die and be with my mother than go back there!!!!!" I tried to run, but I felt trapped.

"Kat! No one is taking you anywhere!!!!" Dom told me as I tried to get away and he grabbed my hands, causing me to stop and look at him. "He isn't going to take you anywhere because he will have to go through us to get to you. He won't even try it, I can promise you that."

I took a deep breath and nodded. "Mom always called me Kat, it always made me feel like a special person," I mumbled quietly.

Dom smiled slightly and stood back. "Would you like to join the gang?"

I smiled brightly. "Hell yeah!!!! I will do anything for our family."

He smiled and gestured for me to walk over to the table that held all of the plans. "He has 10 cash houses and we are going to strike them all."

"All of them?" Tej asked stupidly.

"All of them," Dom confirmed.

"No, no, I love you guys but this seems personal and I don't do personal at all!" Roman shouts and walks away.

I held up three fingers and counted down three......two............one.

There was a thump and a growl. "Ok!!!! Ok!!!! Get this thing off of me!!!!!!!" Roman whined. I smiled and whistled. Crystal trotted over to me after she looked at Roman with a piercing stare.

"I'm surprised he is going to pass up 100 million dollars," I smirked.

"S-say what? Say what now?" Roman walked back over to us. "I know I may have overreacted a bit and I thank you Katie and Crystal for keeping me here so I can get me, what, how many dollars?"

"11 million each," Tej calculated.

Roman whistled. "Damn, I really am in on this....when do we start?"

"Uh no! You are going to wait till I get me a car so we can join you all." Dom opened his mouth to say something but I cut him off. "Mom has taught me everything I need to know. She trusted me to take care of myself and that is what I have done for a long time. I only needed Crystal to help me through it all because Mom gave her to me. I trust her with my life and you won't stop me." Dom nodded and I smiled.

"Come on, let's go find you a car," Dom said and we walked out.
